tuesday de: moving on
Your character is being forced to move from their universe to another one. (Maybe they're dead but someone in Bar is nice and does Magic to let them live, just not in their own continuity.) Where would they choose and why? Would they just decide to stick around Bar? Would they choose to move to move if they weren't forced?
Feel free to write fic if the fancy strikes you, of course!

Not for me
Cassian stared at the door and Barry then looked around once more for Jyn, but he hadn't seen her since Scarif, "I don't belong there."
"But its a chance, you can live, sort of live," He could hear how Barry was trying, wanting him to have something nice, but he'd had the life he was meant to.
With a breath, he opened the door onto a familiar briefing room and could hear mentions of the plans, "This is where I fit."
Then he stepped through the door becoming a shadow who listened as preparations were made to attack the Death Star.

That being said, if forced, he'd have to pick some Earth, wouldn't he? Either that or Thedas, but Ysalwen's world would be way too weird, what with magic everywhere. (Sorry, Ysalwen.)
Baze definitely wouldn't want Ellen's version of Earth. (Sorry, Ellen.) And definitely not Wilford's death trap of a world. (Sorry, not sorry, Wilford.) Not Sinric's, as that's not modern enough. (Sorry, Sinric.) Maybe Barry and Cisco's, though metahumans running amok makes the city dangerous. Maybe Yrael's. Hmm.
This is a hard question.

Mark is the opposite. He'd abandon his world and go somewhere else in a heartbeat, but he wouldn't abandon his friends. If he didn't have Dave and Dodger holding him back, he'd pick the first place that looks nice and sane and normal, and go there, set up a new identity for himself, and finish school like nothing weird ever happened.
Xephos and Wilford are the wild cards. Their worlds are both so weird to begin with that I think the only good place for them to go would be to swap with one another. Neither would do well trapped in the bar, for vastly different, yet very similar reasons which all boil down to the bar would be burnt to the ground within 12 hours.

Bodhi would be glad to start again somewhere, as long as Galen and the cats were with him. It'd be hard to live anywhere without interstellar travel but he'd learn.
Jay's seen enough versions of worlds he knows that he'd be able to make himself at home in one of those.

If someone wants to move to her world permanently for some reason, she's willing to give them an idea of what to expect first and see what happens.

"Hello, Skyguy."
"Do I know you?" Luke asked.

Of he was forced to move anywhere else, then those three things would also be his checklist for a universe.

The only one who probably would jump at the chance would be Moist especially for a world without vampires or werewolves.
William, I think if he could bring his brother and mother through would go for a more modern world to give them all a better chance.
Quentin, Sameth, Ivan have too many duties tying them to home to ever consider it.
Will S. maybe after his death if he was given an opportunity to go walking with Jack of the Green might take it.
Demeter actually if she could would step through to the world of BSG and be their Demeter to help right what she could.
Charles, hm, he would only ever move to another world with mutants to try and help someplace else.
Tumnus, no, he wouldn't know what to do anywhere other than Narnia.

Sam: I could maybe see in the Star Wars universe, but honestly, I can't see him going anywhere unless Steve leads.
Hank: Maaaybe X's Earth or another with mutants in need of help. Then again, could the 616 handle 3 Hanks? Or is it 4? I forget if Dark Beast is still out there.
Tybalt would go nowhere without Toby and without Raj ascending to claim the Court of Fogbound Cats. Beyond that, i don't know.
I'm sorry I'm not getting good answers, or very conditional ones. My pups just seem so tied to their worlds.

Cisco - As much as his home life with his family sucks the life he's made with his friends isn't one he'd want to give up. If he were forced to leave at his point in canon now he'd probably stick to the bar, where he could still hang with Barry and provide help from the end of the universe. Later on, I could see him maybe multiverse hopping with his powers, but he'd still keep tabs on Earth-1 and the people he cares about there as much as possible.
Kay - Kay goes where Cassian does, whether Cassian wants him to or not.
Barry - Only leaving if the world depends on it. If forced for other reasons he would pick a world where he thought he could help, but not one with another Barry Allen in it. That world has it's Barry, and that Barry has his life and friends and our Barry wouldn't want to intrude on it. He might could live on Kara's Earth-38, after they meet. Her world doesn't have a Flash and it would be nice to have friends around, plus the potential to if not visit, at least keep tabs on his world. As far as worlds in Milliways go, I'm tempted to say the MCU, because while it's crazy and kind of scary, it has heroes and he'd have friends there. But, I think he'd go to an Earth that doesn't have any heroes, so he could help.
Matt - Matt won't leave his city let alone his world. Not without a great deal of force.
Logan - Logan is a wanderer, but he still wouldn't leave his world unless he had to. If he did he could set up shop literally anywhere and survive. He probably wouldn't pick just one, though, I see him using Milliways as a place to grab a beer and venture with other people to their world to see what sort of trouble he can get into.
Hellboy - Red is going nowhere without Liz. If he can't go back to their world he's sticking to Milliways, if he's going somewhere it's gonna be with her. I could see them being happy in maybe one of the magic worlds, where Red's looks don't turn heads, or one of the world's like Sunshine's where monsters are a thing and the two of them can do what they do best.

Rose wouldn't want to leave her Earth and Thorn wouldn't let her. It's where all their enemies are.
Kylo's not being forced to go anywhere.
Creed wouldn't care so long as the new place had a Logan he could kill.

She might even turn vaguely heroic instead of vaguely villanous after a while of not having to deal with other gods.
Fairy Fixit's species is already one that hops through to other worlds in the multiverse. So if it is necessary, she'll set up almost anywhere.

Lois: Hmm. Lois-in-general might enjoy aspects of Gladstone's Craft Sequence. Oh, or Dresdenverse. Man, Lois in Dresdenverse. YA Lois specifically I would love to see in
Rithmatist-universe (Sanderson YA).
Evelyn: Alera might work really well for her, magically. But generally speaking literally any universe that doesn't have Thedas' problems and allows for magic would probably be basically okay by her, tbh, if she had to leave home. And at this point she'd probably be really really fine with moving other than leaving loved ones behind too, because like, Thedas sucks. Maybe one of Sanderson's Cosmere planets? Oooh, or Valdemar! She'd settle very well there.
R2: Honestly? R2 would do okay in Fallout. Might have a shot at getting the maintenance he needs, what's he care about some rads, and it isn't like he's not used to war.
and war? war never changesAnakin: Really needs some place with space travel probably, and high-end tech for sure. So I don't know. Maaaybe comics universes could suit him--but they don't want him they have enough problems--or, like, maybe another space opera. He'd fail hard in Babylon 5. TBH, if he's being forced to move, a) Padme is a consideration and b) he's probably dead, at which point he's really just happy to use Milliways as a base, poke his head into other people's worlds, and keep an eye on Ben because seriously, child, what are you doing.
Tavi: Man oh man oh man. Tavi would use Milliways as a base and explore like everyone's worlds. He'd learn all the things. He'd revel in not being in charge. Oddly he very much would never want to move to Tortall, mostly because he knows the wrong people and would end up angry at Jon and having very Monarchly fights with him. And he does not have aaaany interest in comics universes for permanent residence, he's decided they are just not for him (mostly based on X and Noriko's stories of Marvel tbh). As for moving some place permanently, though, he's actually somewhat attracted by Star Wars because he happens to know they have an Emperor who needs killing and that means he has *work* to do there and a friend to do it for. . . . look, he's got problems with evil emperors. It's a professional thing. But also it would have to be because he's dead, and then really it's just an extended vacation before being ready to be done. His family is too deeply tied to Alera for anything else, really.

The only suitable world Floki could move to would probably be Teja's.
Pam would never move anywhere if Eric wasn't going, too. They would most likely stay in the bar indefinitely until they both find a world that could work for them. I'm not sure if they'd prefer somewhere where vampires exist and are socially accepted.
Cassidy is also not going anywhere without Jesse and Tulip. I was considering the True Blood world as an option, but he's entirely the wrong sort of vampire and the vampire Authority would have to execute him.
