Clothes! Most everyone's got 'em. Talk about your characters' usual dressing style. Is it the same in the bar as out of it?
For characters that do not wear clothes, on account of being cats or giant robots or otherwise not clothing-oriented, are there any kinds of accessories or decorative elements they've chosen?

Pam is 100% haute couture. Even if an outfit looks casual, it probably cost more than your rent. She ranges from conservative Jackie O ensembles to dominatrix-y corsets and leather pants to classy cocktail dresses to '80s music video outlandishness that cannot be explained. She does wear a lot of pink.
Cassidy is a magpie in which he finds/steals/collects/borrows any item of clothing that will fit. If it fits, he wears it. His style depends on what's available around him, so he can literally be wearing rags and he won't care much. Women's shirts, jackets, or jeans? That's cool, too. Right now he's pilfering from the church donation box and the bar's Lost & Found box.

Kanan's typical outfit right now is a green shirt and blue trousers, with dark green plated armor over his right arm and shoulder, and black boots. And like anyone in a dystopia, fingerless gloves. I think everyone's outfits got a little update in season 3, with Kanan's probably being the most noticeable, losing the armor and changing his shirt to striped green and brown. And in season 3 he also starts wearing that mask over his eyes. When he was a youngling and apprentice in the Jedi temple he wore the typical Jedi robes. And on a few occasions he has worn stolen Stormtrooper armor.
Hera's typical clothing is usually described as a 'pilot's outfit' – orange coveralls over a white top, with brown armor over her chest and shoulders, brown boots, and a gray cap over her head and lekku. She also usually wears goggles over her cap, though she has so far never used them (though she will! next week!!! for the first time!!!! Exciting). And again, gloves, though hers aren't fingerless. Her clothing is interesting on a meta level because Twi'lek women are so often shown wearing very revealing outfits, regardless of the situation (even if they're a Jedi Master like Aayla Secura or... that one woman who married a Clone deserter). So putting Hera in a very practical, loose fitting outfit does come off like a deliberate choice. She also gets a slightly changed outfit in season 3, though that's mostly a different collar and her shoulder armor removed so that they can show her captain's rank insignia on a patch on her left shoulder. Twi'leks in rural areas of Ryloth are usually shown wearing simple, loose-fitting, earth-toned clothing, and Hera probably wore something similar when she lived there, though Cham Syndulla and his followers also often wore armor or other military/defense gear, and Hera likely did something similar when she was a teenager. Hera has also worn the Rebellion X-wing flight suit (though hers was red rather than orange).
Twi'lek women also almost always wear some kind of head covering, even when they're wearing otherwise revealing outfits, and I have kind of complicated headcanon about why that is, but. I know that the real answer is 'practical necessities in filmmaking.'

Don't tell Chirrut, but Baze plans to don Guardian robes after he finishes his lightbow project--provided it passes Chirrut's inspection.

Lois likes combat boots! And walking a line somewhere between Goth and Cute and City Waif.
Evelyn is mostly in Thedas mage robes currently. She'll end up wearing a lot of armor eventually.
R2 is painted in white and blue and has the dome chassis we all know and love. He does not often get re-painted for disguise.
Anakin mostly wears dark colors, a close variant of typical Jedi robes with light armor pauldrons in black. He hasn't quite shifted to all-black yet. He Will. He doesn't really change clothing style unless he's deep under cover. That is, thankfully, a rare occurrence.
Tavi will probably keep managing to look almost like he's in military uniform even when he isn't for a while, honestly. He's been in one uniform or another, be it "I am a page!" or "I am an assigned minion!" or "I am a soldier!" pretty much for the last ten years and it's a hard habit to break. Besides, he wears a lot of red and blue because House Colors etc. So even though he isn't technically wearing First Aleran uniform anymore, he's probably wearing something close to it. He also definitely tends to dress more simply than he could, really--he's still not entirely comfortable with the whole 'lap of luxury' thing and frankly never completely will be. He's a farm boy at heart sometimes. (That said, nice fabrics are nice and he and Kitai are definitely kind of enjoying that.) He definitely dresses the same in-Bar as at home.

Charles loves clothes and is for his time a fairly conservative dresser. He's rich and he obviously spends money on clothes. He tends to be in sweaters, collared shirts and suits.
Quentin also enjoys clothing and clothing says something in the world of the Fae. When it comes to court dress, there are particular choices he makes. As a teenage boy, his clothing is always neat, clean jeans and I think May and when he briefly attended high school introduced him to the idea of fun shirts with slogans and stuff like that.
William pretty much wears the same clothes because there aren't that many options, his clothes are earth toned and kind of rough.
Moist changes clothing for his jobs but he's almost always in suits with a few hidden secrets in the pockets and lining.
Ivan mainly wears his uniforms but when he does wear civilian dress is well made and stylish. His mother wouldn't let him wear anything else and I think his uniforms probably have some tailoring to them.
Sameth's clothing is all of a slight medieval cast and either formal or informal depending on whether he's working as a prince or in his workroom. He tends to end up rumpled and is never completely neat.
Will S. now wears either Robin's livery or mainly clothes that he can work in while around Robin's estate.
Tumnus has different scarves for various occasions that are gifts or some he made himself.
Demeter never wears shoes, her dress is always green, but what its made of changes depending on where she is. During the winter, she wears a long black shawl.

Rose is a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl, usually with something green there somewhere. Thorn dresses skimpier and is always in green.
Kylo dresses in black and is fond of a cloak.
Creed is usually in a tank top, shirt and pants, all black. He also tends to wear his beloved trench coat, which is also black.

Ysalwen wears mage robes of varying make and styles. They are always fancy but travel-worn, and quite frequently have gryphons embroidered on them. Her favorites are the blue-and-silver with gryphons, the purple-and-grey robes with the very high boots, and what will soon be a long pale leather coat with gloves and shoulder pauldrons, high boots, and blue clothing in various dark shades underneath it. She will be astonished how nice it is not to have to wear skirts when mountain-climbing.
Sombra matches her hair dye to her contact color to her gun to her gloves to her coat to her very thin pants-or-they-might-be-tights. The colors are always bright and visually striking, and are grouped by themes. It's all comfy yet armored! Also her gun coordinates with her clothing. Well, she coordinates it, but still.

Kay doesn't wear clothes or have adornments unless one counts the Empire Crest on his shoulder from his days as a security droid for the Empire. Maybe he should get something new...
Barry is a millennial, so he wears a lot of skinny jeans with a pair of Converse and a button down or t-shirt. He doesn't do terribly well with the cold, and as a skinny guy the temperature where 'cold' is hit isn't too far down the thermometer so he almost always has on a sweater, sweatshirt or sometimes a sports coat over his shirts.
Matt is almost always in suit and tie. When he was Bound for awhile he appeared in jeans and t-shirts, but generally he's got the lawyer thing going on. When he does dress down it's always in plain colors, usually grey, white or black, and when he does trade in the wing tips he does have a pair of beat-up running shoes that have obviously seen a whole lot of wear.
Logan - Boots. Jeans. Tank top. Flannel. Some days he skips the flannel.

Sabine has khaki colored pants and a black top under her armor. At this point her armor is just starting, so it's mostly a chest plate, helmet, and shoulder and elbow plates. As the seasons progress, she builds more and more tech and her armor grows to accommodate it. She always has at least her chest plate on unless she's infiltrating.
Danny is working with what clothing he can scavenge at this point. He refuses to wear clothing at bind however. Soon enough he'll be wearing loose trousers and a Baja hoodie, both of which will be travel worn and stained.
Sam wears variation of teeshirts and loose, but casual, slacks. Colors can vary as well, though recent movie seem to favor a darker palette.
New pup, John Proudstar favors black and other dark colors. He always wears a leather vest and seems to like tight teeshirts that show off his arms.
Scrapper wears variation of junker leather armor. Dark browns or black.
Izana usually can be assumed to be wearing their white military uniform. Other times, they might be wearing a white hoodie, which is shapeless, and shorts.
Hank is currently dressing to hide himself. Trench coats and wide brimmed hats, gloves and big boots.

Blink was my favourite in the comics and I did enjoy her but John did rather stand out.

Aradia's fashion sense is fairly utilitarian, although based on the Hiveswap Troll Call I think she's actually got plainer taste in clothing than most troll kids and the Hivebent narration was exaggerating when it said trolls think fashion is stupid. (Although it is mostly midbloods and highbloods wearing complicated and/or colorful clothing there. Simple monochromatic clothes are probably easier for lowbloods to get ahold of.) I mean, we knew Kanaya was an exception already, but still. Anyway, back on Alternia she wore black and dark grey near-exclusively, except for small accents like her socks, and preferred collared shirts and long skirts. When she was a ghost, she wore the clothes she died in, which were her usual clothes only more tattered and scorched; now that she's alive again, she wears her God Tier outfit all the time. It's not exactly the style she used to wear, being several shades of red and having pants and a tunic, but it's preternaturally comfortable and doesn't really get dirty and it's a very obvious representation of having returned to life stronger than before.
Thurlow likes to wear green, whether as the predominant colour of their outfit or just an accent in a neutral-coloured suit. They prefer men's clothing over women's, finding it both more practical and a more fitting personal aesthetic.

Bodhi style is simple and practical but drab. But no patches. No cogs or starbirds. Just him. He and Galen have been having a discussion about what they should wear to the wedding, given neither of them have any real sense of style.
Sinric is the fashionable one of the batch. He always dresses to show off his form. Generally he wears rich fabrics - silks and fine wools, bright colours and decorations - usually embroidery or beading. Of modern clothes, he loves lycra tights. They show off his legs and they're very comfortable to wear. If he knew about it, he'd be addicted to Black Milk. He has no problem cross dressing, dressing to his form rather than his gender.
