Fun little arts and crafts DE: draw the layout of the bar, as it exists in your head.
(I’ll update with some links to online room drawing sites and such when I’m at work.)
So here is one that looks nice to me, Planyourroom, or this one, Roomstyler, seems more detailed. Here's a site with another 5 if you don't like these two. If you can't use these, feel free to just write out how you see the bar. =)

Click on the thumbnail to embiggen.
Also, the room shifts just about every time you come in. Growing in size or changing layout as needed.

It's dimly lit most of the time, and always seems to be about five o'clock at night.

Stage Right we have Bar.
Upstage from Bar is the Staff Hallway.
Downstage from Bar is the Lake Door.
Back center from that, up on a stair we have the Front Door.
It's up on a wide level so that people coming in have a raised up view of the goings on downstage.
Upstage stage left we have the stairs that go up to the living quarters.
On the wall where the stairs disappear we have the fireplace.
And then sort of behind the fire place, off stage, is the elevator.
Booths start centerish stage left and come downstage from there.
The observation window is pretty much all of stage left to the audience.

From the Front Door, looking around from your left, you see booths, fireplace, booths, staff hallway, Bar, the Window, not far away a window to the outside, back door with tables in between.
Its not a true rectangle shape so its not always easy to see the corner with the jukebox, piano and at times karaoke machine. Along the other wall are booths mixed in with more tables.
Writing this out, I realized how I always picture the Window almost across from the Front Door, I think because I always seem to have my characters gesturing to it with new characters.

tiny squares are tables, tiny circles are seats
