Hi all,
Quick bit of infirmary housekeeping that has been discussed between me, Batya and Bing.
1. Infirmary muns please read
It was brought to my attention that there is some confusion about whether/how infirmary staff are compensated. Initially, the infirmary was voluntary, but people have acquired various interpretations since then because it hasn't been formally discussed.
So our verdict with Bing was:
If your pup works in the infirmary, it is fine to assume they are on retainer/compensated for additional work, and that they get a subsidised room upstairs (not in the staff corridor as that is apparently a hand built space) if you wish to do so/are already doing so.
We will not be activity checking who does what in the infirmary, however if you want your pup to be on retainer/have a room, please make sure they are on the list.
(If you would prefer your pup to be voluntary/paid for expenses only, that's all fine too.)
We also now have an established on-call room on the same corridor as the infirmary for medic pups to sleep in if they are keeping track of a patient.
2. Infirmary muns and all
We have been asked whether the infirmary can have a bacta tank and agreed between us that we have no problem with this.
Providing there are not major objections, we will install this IC shortly.
Medic-muns, please check with other players OOC before you offer the tank IC, to make sure you're not going to disrupt an injury/illness-related plot.
Think that covers everything. Questions/problems?

In terms of bacta, I've had Cassian get bacta patches before as well from the infirmary, so just a reminder that bacta comes in other forms too. If the tank doesn't work for an idea.
