Well, Vault 101 is open, the adults' lie about the surface has been ruthlessly exposed, a significant number of the people involved are dead or disgraced, Ellen no longer lives anywhere near the Vault, etc.... honestly I'm not entirely sure there's anything left from her childhood to change, at this point.

The cop out answer is that nothing from Baze's childhood remains, except his friendship with Chirrut, which he wouldn't change for anything.
