Lupercalia, anyone?
Time was that after the hard work of Saturnalia, which was when all the posh Roman types had their fun, a day was set aside for the servants and slaves to have their turn. This was Lupercalia when even the lowest of the low had a chance to let their hair down and relax.
So how about a night off for the rats? Possibly even a non-Christmassy staff [plus dates] party with the customers looking after themselves for an evening. Bernard? Bigby? Any thoughts on this? Any other staff-muns got any ideas?

They could hold the party in the kitchen for a little privacy and prop the kitchen door open a bit so they can hear if anything desperate happens in the bar.

I'll edit the original post to ask for interest to be expressed.

It sounds like a wonderful idea, but something to wait for when all the muns can actually get online to participate. By the very concept, it seems to work, so I'm in favour of it.

He'd probably crawl upstairs afterwards with the magical equivalent of a sore throat.
