Bastion stays up until the next morning. Going into sleep mode is an option, and it allows them to recharge more efficiently from a power source, but they hate it. I don't think they have nightmares like they would if they were human, because omnics don't dream while they're asleep; they're just scared of not knowing what's going on around them, and don't like the disorientation of entering or ending a sleep state.
Yrael doesn't need sleep, so he sleeps when he wants. It can vary from a light catnap to a deep, good-luck-waking-him-up-when-he-doesn't-want-to-be-awakened near-comatose state. As such, he keeps odd hours.
Sunshine is one of the world's morning people, generally, though she doesn't get nearly enough sleep for her lifestyle, and the last few years of her life have wrecked havoc on the quality of the sleep she gets. Usually, Mondays are her once a week restorative twelve hours of sleep/get up at noon days.
Dame Rumor never sleeps, and while she doesn't actually need coffee, she does enjoy the taste.
Sahaal's a Space Marine, so he doesn't biologically need much sleep. Maybe four or five hours every few days. And, again, thanks to his genhancements, he only ever sleeps lightly, in case he has to wake quickly for battle.
As for when he sleeps, around noon. He's rather nocturnal.
I didn't answer the last time we did this, so I'll answer here: Baze is a light sleeper who gets up at the crack of dawn. Early to bed, early to rise, makes Chirrut cranky and Baze ever wise.
Autor is much the same as Baze, though the Earther boy has more nightmares than the Jedhan man.
