Sunshine lives alone and her lifestyle isn't conducive to owning pets, so the only things living in her living space are various kitchen herbs in pots out on her balcony.
Fairy Fixit has a mostly isolated terminal node of the fairy ring network in her room in Miliways. Technically it is a living thing, even if it is a bit of advanced technology. Back in her world she did briefly have a toothbeast but she adopted it out to the Tooth Fairy. Her house, or at least her sleeping quarters, are halfway up a tree, but I don't know if the tree counts as living in her house, being her house, or being part of her house.
I don't know if Amascut lives anywhere, but there's lots of places she stays at now and then. They are bare of living things for the most part. Her place in Pollnivneach is the exception, as sometimes students of hers, apprentice slayers, or occasional tourists stay at her place. At least that is my theory about why she has several bunkbeds at her place.
I am not counting the slayer dungeons beneath Pollnivneach as her living space though. It is hers in a way, but the things living and unliving there are more for target practice.
Not much lives on the boat with Orpheus other than his guitar (or whatever it's being these days). Usually, his apartments have random assortments of musical instruments and scribbled, half-compositions scattered about the space.
Eowyn keeps very little in her room other than clothes and weapons.
Alec has a fairly neat room for a teenager, but he tends to have books or weapons sort of chilling wherever they fit. (Safely! As Shadowhunters determine safety.)
Malifaux being Malifaux, probably at least one rat, and several assorted other vermin.
More broadly, in his day to day life he shares the barracks of the Death Marshals, who look more or less like normal people unless they're using their... Special training.
Enjolras: At Milliways, his friend Combeferre is his roommate. I believe that's it, despite Combeferre occasionally looking wistfully at things like giant bugs from the Cretaceous; pickled things in jars and bubbling magical things in the still presumably do not count. --Oh wait, no, Bahorel also gave him a pot of cacti! Enjolras takes care of them scrupulously as per instructions, and with some bemusement as to why anyone owns cacti (even though intellectually he kind of half-understands Bahorel's reasoning), but they were a present so he appreciates them for that.
Back in Paris, he lived alone. In an apartment building, and with a concierge and/or charwoman or whatever who would come up to clean and drop off breakfast and suchlike for all the tenants, but without any roommates or pets or anything. Just a lot of illegally seditious printed material and stuff.
Thor: Also lives alone, but with even more servants in and out, because palace. He shares that palace with his parents (and, until recently, his brother) and possibly his closest friends -- who definitely live very nearby, if they're not under the same roof -- so there are a lot of other people coming in and out.
Cosette: Has a husband! Marius shares her rooms. Otherwise... hmm, the living arrangements are a bit in transition, in that Lark and I talked about having them move out on their own but haven't played them in a while, so I'm not sure if it's happened yet. If it hasn't, they share a house with her father Valjean, Marius's grandfather and aunt, and a couple of Marius's grandfather's servants. If it has, they share a smaller house with Valjean and a servant or two. Also Panza, a small shaggy mutt they picked up while traveling.
Kazul currently lives alone in her caves. For a while, she had a princess as Chief Cook and Librarian, but she got married and moved out.
Doctor Dinosaur... uh... mostly lives alone, apart from many truly cunning mad-science devices and SO MANY CRYSTALS scattered around whatever lair(s) he has, but he might have some ill-advised crystal-controlled genetically engineered dinosaur minions in development at any given point. Also at some point he will end up (has ended up? I have a blithely haphazard approach to continuity with him) in Hollow Earth with a lot of rock people minions mind-controlled by crystals for a while, but that isn't currently the case.
X lives with two cats, Steve McQueen (gray tabby) and Farrah (calico), the Cactus With No Name, and a tank of fish (Cap, Tony, Pietro, Wanda, Hulk, Carol, and Logan the angriest betta fish -- Logan is in a bowl by himself). She's got a lot of pretty colored glass bottles in the windowsills that get the most sunlight, a wall of photos both she and Liz have taken, and a stained glass hyacinth hanging in her bedroom. X likes colors.
Ysalwen lives on the road mostly, these days. She's with her husband Zevran, Liranan the mabari, Ser Pounce-a-lot the orange tabby, and a raven named Chou. She has an apprentice, Meraad, that is basically now the Herald of Andraste, and hasn't lived with her in a while.
Sombra lives with a lot of screens and keyboards, and also her best friends in the whole world -- Reaper and Widowmaker and Doomfist and Moira and all the rest of Talon!!!!!!! (Well. 'lives'. I feel like that's how it seems to Sombra, given she will just drop in on them without warning and pretend to assume they've always been where she finds them. So that's . . .not accurate? But. She plays like it is.)

If we count his office as his living space... an assortment of officers, all of which have been ordered not to die. Emphatically.
