What does your character do instead of something they know needs to get done?

(Totally not inspired by my watching Supergirl this weekend instead of catching up on tags.)

CW Ahsoka: Totally hangs out with the clones when she should be doing things that aren't fun.

Sabine: Paints, naturally.

Danny: Steals donkey carts to joy ride? I'm not sure.

Sam: I think he does the thing but makes snarky comments about how much he hates doing the thing.

Hank: Reads or goes for a walk. I can see him repairing things around as well.

Izana: Reads or maybe does flight simulations to not feel like they are shirking duties.

Tybalt: He is a king and so his wishes are duty; thus he never avoids his duties. Tat being said, there are some days where there is a conflict wherein watching the kittens learn to hunt is more important than other matters.

Eriond: Goes fishing or horseback riding.

Lois: Currently, probably just tries to go find something interesting. Later, hanging out in a VR game with Clark.

Evelyn: Reads a book, maybe plays Wicked Grace with her friends.

R2: I honestly don't know.

Anakin: goes flying or fixes a ship or a droid. Or just practices with his lightsaber some, in a way he wants rather than whatever form he's supposed to be doing (applicable back when he was a padawan).
Vader: same, except sometimes he detours to slaughter some Tuskens to work out boredom and/or anger. As you do.

Tavi: Reads a book, designs a superweapon, does archaeology, goes flying or horse-riding or combat training or other generally punting work with his wife, plays with the baby, wanders off to go talk to the trainee Cursors, snark at people at the Academy, if Max is around just knock off with him, go visit his family and play with his new cousins... so many options! Tavi has a good life. When he isn't dealing with politics, anyway. Even sometimes then.

Hawkeye doesn't put off or shirk duties. She gets the thing done without complaint.

Barry: At work in the station Barry likes to hang around downstairs in the bullpen and other places he doesn't necessarily belong. There's a couple of times when Joe and Captain Singh are shown chasing Barry back up the stairs to his lab and you get the feeling it's kind of a regular thing.

S.T.A.R. Labs is also his hang/hide-out when he's avoiding stuff, along with Milliways now.

Cisco: If Cisco isn't interested in what he's supposed to be doing he'll find something more entertaining. Usually a project, sometimes it'll be Doodle Jump or some other inane time wasting app. He also likes to hang around and pester other people, usually when they are also supposed to be doing something.

Matt: Puts on a mask and beats people up? And/or shoves said thing that needs to get done onto Foggy.

Logan: With Logan he doesn't really procrastinate, if it's worth doing then he'll do it. If not, then he won't. When he isn't going to do it he'll either spend the time fighting whoever wants it done (sometimes literally) or he'll just leave.

Hellboy: He will do everything and anything that isn't the thing. He'll watch TV, or pull practical jokes on people, wander around the Bureau aimlessly, sulk, pout, complain loudly, and will generally make himself such a pain in the ass that someone usually ends up doing whatever it is for him.

Ysalwen will usually end up tackling an even bigger and more difficult problem to avoid the first one.

Sombra isn't there! What are you talking about? Get someone else to do it! (She's gaming. Shh.)

Baze makes fireworks, or watches Moana again, or brews beer, or throws knives, or repairs Chirrut's echo box, or tries mini-donuts, or babbles at Chirrut, or does staff forms, or meditates, or any number of other things. Eventually he does get around to doing the thing.

It depends on what it is an why he's avoiding it. If it's something somebody else wants/needs him to do, Wilford makes a very obvious show of not doing it, and continues to not do it as noisily and messily as possible until the other party gets fed up enough with him to make him do it.

If it's something that he needs to get done, but he doesn't feel like doing it right this second, he'll read the news, have something to eat, maybe a few drinks, but it'll get done by the end of the day.
