Friday DE: And another!
How is your character when they are intoxicated? And before you reply "my character can't get drunk", remember that Bar is only limited in the intoxicates she can provide by our imagination and narrative need. Got a robot? Well, I am sure there is "bad" energon or a code that runs a temporary alteration of systems availble. The multiverse is vast! =D
Also, for those who have pups who wouldn't drink or get themselves intoxicated, stretch your creativity and image how they might be if they did. Also, this doesn't have to be black out intoxication. It could just be past buzzed.

SWR Ahsoka: I can't help but think she'd get maudlin.
Sabine: Loud and obnoxious. Like I can see her being blunt and also being the type to end up in strange drunken adventures, like breaking into closed parks and the like,
Sam: Friendly and flirty, and likely ends up in wild adventures also. This is a guy who attacked a guy with a AK-47 while only having a 3" knife, as well as drop kicking an helicopter in flight.
Hank: Gets wild and loves music. He likely turns into a horrible flirt as well, but like not smooth at all.
Izana: Might end up kissing any one willing. I can see a lot of laughter as well.
Tybalt: Flirts and quotes Shakespeare way too much. Likely ends up in a wild adventure as well.
Danny: While he doesn't get violent or belligerent, I can see a fight happening if someone starts it. There'd be an equal chance of wild times or maudlin, but he will also be sure everyone he likes knows he likes them.

Rose is a giggly, silly drunk. If things go horribly awry and Thorn pops up, she won't be as fun. Thorn is an angry drunk who will slur her words and trip over her own feet while yelling at you.
Kylo. HMM. He's one who doesn't drink by choice and it's hard for me to think what he'd be like. He's probably that one guy in the bar who gets really serious and philosophical about everything.
Creed can't get drunk normally, but when he does, he's fairly affable. Unless he drinks too much and then the surliness comes back.

In canon, Sherlock gets sassy, sleepy, and argumentative when he's drunk. He doesn't drink often, though, and rarely to that point. He prefers to be in control.

'I have an international reputation. ...do you have an international reputation?'
:D :D :D Sherlock being drunk is both the cutest and the most hilarious thing. Jim thinks it should happen more often, purely for his amusement.

Eowyn currently would be a very somber drunk. Not crying but cynical and pessimistic.
Orpheus' drunkenness largely depends on why he started drinking and what he was feeling when he did. He can be a giggly drunk or he can be a maudlin drunk.

If he's high and happy - only when Sherlock's around, or when he's actually enjoyed a recent job - he has a good time. He'll be charming, funny and utterly vicious but with a smile on his face. And then the shine will wear off off and he'll be utterly depressed again, but at least it was fun while it lasted.

Eden's outward affect, at least, in terms of personality, wouldn't change, but he'd definitely feel the physical affects. Given his tendency to perch on things, especially things that shouldn't easily support his weight, that would be interesting.

Thor: is definitely not canonically sober! Thor is a happy friendly exuberant drunk, and is enthusiastically willing to sing drinking songs and get into brawls and do ill-advised things because they sound fun. In other words, drunk Thor is exactly like normal Thor, but more so.
Cosette also doesn't drink much as a rule, aside from an occasional glass of something mild and sanitative (or a small dose of something strong as a medicinal or nerve-settling thing when ill or shaken or chilled, I guess). That said, if she were to, I think she would be a very giggly friendly happy drunk! Possibly all along, oooor possibly she would be giggly and friendly and happy right until she burst into inconsolable tears over something apparently tiny.
Kazul, uh. Would probably set many things on fire without fully noticing. Even more so once she got intoxicated enough for her aim to be impaired! (In canon we see her enjoying boozy desserts a lot, but never any kind of intoxication, and it would definitely take either something very strong or something in very large quantities to affect her.)
Doctor Dinosaur, oh god. Uh. You know what, I think he gets sloppy drunk and flops half on top of people while monologuing into their shoulders/hair/entrails about how no one understands him, he's so underappreciated, he just hates mammals so MUCH they're so GROSS with their HAIR and their UNDESERVED DOMINANCE IN THIS AGE even if they do make good tv cartoons, and has he mentioned he's a genius? He's so smart, you don't even know! In other words, Doctor Dinosaur too is basically like he always is but More So and also sloppily flopping and slurring instead of bounding about.
