Beach vacation! How does your character spend it? Hotel room in big resort, B&B somewhere isolated, rental apartment or house, family condo or other property? Surf, swim, or sun? Etc!

Fairy Fixit doesn't like the beach because it is outside.

One of those twenty-four hour resorts somewhere. Sahaal, surprisingly, likes the beach just fine, he just can't handle the bright sunlight or crowds. Having an all-night bar and the ability to go down to the beach after sunset would be perfect for him.

Ahsoka: Vacations are not the Jedi way....OK, I can actually see her having a good time. I think with her innate sense for balance and acrobatics, she'd *love* surfing and swimming.

Sabine: Is another who's out at the beach as much as she can. She'd be all over any sports happening and likely would enjoy surfing as well. Just don't ask her to bring her tech to the beach...the sand it...I'll stop there.

Danny likely has his own beach home, or several. He'd love throwing parties and making sure people had fun.

Hank stays at the house, cooking or reading. Sand and fur are not a good mix. Still at the height of hottest part of the day he'd be swimming.

Ahsoka would likely try for something secluded, a B&B or the like. I'm getting a feel for like how in Hawaii locals tend to keep the best beaches to themselves and close friends. She would want to spend time with locals and not tourists.

Sabine would want a big resort cause she likes big city noise

Baze would probably rent a house for himself and Chirrut and then spend as much time out of it as possible. He'd wade in the water and lie on the beach and eat whatever was available. Frankly, it's kind of how he treats Milliways' beach.

Wilford would just drive home, because what's the point of getting a hotel if you live that close?

Cecil would pick a little B&B far off the beaten path (preferably in the company of an adorable, perfect scientist) because he would prefer a more private escape considering his public life. He'd then spend his days going on long, scientifically interesting walks with said certain perfect scientist.

And maybe find some good food trucks.

Jay: canon - on a beach drinking. Head-canon - alone on a house-boat in Cambodia.

Bodhi loves to rock-climb so he's happy anywhere warm and steep. He doesn't need much in the way of hotel, he's happy to stay at youth hostels and spend the day climbing. Just so long as he has access to a kitchen.

Sinric loves people and cities and action. He'd be happiest at a big resort town, somewhere with music festivals and parties.

Poking around in tidepools and walking/wading out into the sea to check out the fish and other underwater life. They're too heavy to swim or surf, so they probably also shouldn't go boating anywhere they're not prepared to walk back to shore from. The more secluded the better, because in their own world their presence at a popular seaside destination would cause a lot of concern even if it didn't start an actual panic, and a lot of other worlds don't have much in the way of robots so they'd attract a crowd of curious and enthusiastic people.

I also want to throw in some other adorably whimsical activities like building sandcastles.
