Milliways for real, yo.

I was riding the bus down a street in Virginia, passing several dining establishments and bars, and started envisioning someone opening up a real Milliways bar, like, in one of our cities or towns (or whatever).

...Okay, so it wouldn't be REALLY real, what I mean is one of us becoming inspired (and on crack) enough to open up a new bar, and naming it after Milliways. Subsequently, the "theme" of the bar would also be based on our Milliways (not the book's).

(It could be one of the only bars to let in minors at any time of the day ::laughs::)

The only problem is where exactly the real Milliways bar would be.

Who else thinks that there should be a real Milliways bar?

Er... No? I prefer teh crack where it is easily accessibly by all us junkies.

Hush. I was thinking that the other day. Someone asked me what my plans were for the evening, and I told them I was going to the bar. That would be -so- awesome.

. . . it would limit the crack to a specific location.

But hell, they've got a chain of Bubba-Gump shrimp restaurants, why not?

A friend of mine who will be a convert as soon as he gets an exorcist for his computer is taking bartending classes AND tracking down a case of Absinthe.
