 Outside, there is a hill and on that hill is a huge tractor tire. 

What does you character do when when the discover the hill and tire?

Ahsoka...honestly, I'm not sure. Maybe look for the person the tire might belong to? If she saw someone stand the tire on end and then climb inside to roll down the hill, she would be all over that, but not being familiar with tires, I don't know that she would think of it herself.

Sabine would stand the tire and roll it down the hill to watch it crash into things.

Danny would stand the tire on end and climb inside to roll down the hill.

Tybalt would sniff and maybe curl up inside for a nap.

Sam would flip the tire a few times. Impromptu workout for the win.

Hank would hem and haw until he finally stood the tire and climbed into for a ride down the hill.

Viv would ignore it to study the forest and view.

She might even add some explosives to make it more fun.

Alternately, she'd paint it and make it into art.

And now I am wondering about spray painted and loaded with explosives before rolling it down the hill. Why settle?

I don't think this would be the first thing Bastion tried, but they'd have fun watching.

They didn't just find it on a hill, Mike snagged it from the garage, but that's what Enzo and Tyler and Michaelangelo made the Epic Tire Swing by the treefort out of! Although before they set it up, they did take turns rolling down a hill in it.

Hera would find someone to help her move the tire, and then see if they could break/melt it down to put the material it's made from to some kind of useful purpose. Recycle!
