How does your character react to mild colds? Do they overdramatize and demand babying? Do they stay in denial until it is debilitating? Do they barely notice?

Rose is used to being babied through sickness, first by her mom, then by the girls in the institute. It's a part of adulting she really doesn't like.
Kylo is also not sick, but secretly wants to throw a tantrum about it.
Creed doesn't get sick. Which is a good thing because imagine the biggest mancold EVER.

Even Zecora cannot actually cure a cold, but she's the one you come to for cough syrup (as well as hecka good tea), so she will treat her symptoms and bear the rest with stoicism.

The energy drag of a cold takes away his energy and pep, but he generally doesn't descend into full-on mopey land for little colds.
Barry: Thankfully Barry can't get mild colds any more! It takes something like the Glitter Snot plague of '17 to lay Barry low. Before superpowers and metahuman healing mild colds were zero fun for Barry as they didn't tend to stay mild very long.
When sick Barry is a nester, wrapping himself in ALL THE BLANKETS to fight off chills and parking himself somewhere where he can watch old science shows and eat Joe's homemade chicken noodle soup brought to him by Joe and/or Iris. It's not that he demands pampering, but his miserable sad-puppy-dog-ness just seems to inspire care taking from others.
Matt: He stubbornly refuses to catch colds, even mild ones, because they are the worst. Anything that screws with his sinuses is hell. A stopped up or runny nose, sneezing and coughing and the whole fuzzy head thing wreck havoc with his abilities and it's just, NO. DO. NOT. WANT.
But, he's also stubborn about accepting help, so he doesn't let anyone take care of him, he chooses the route of becoming a full-blown hermit until things get better; hating it all the while and of course pushing himself sooner than he should.
Logan: Just snorts, because colds aren't a thing for him.
Hellboy: It would take an illness the size of a Mack truck to affect Hellboy, but once he is hit with it he is the worst, most intolerable baby ever. He becomes miserable and isn't satisfied until he's spread that misery all around.

Little!Moll, mommy-and-daddy's girl that she is, absolutely demands maximum spoiling until it's over. Cuddles, blankets, soup, the full nine yards. Her parents
arewere doctors, though, so she wouldn't actually get that kind of spoiling for a mere cold. Flu, maybe. Her siblings would be much more inclined to take the bait, but there are practical difficulties when you're permanently cash-strapped, trying to hero, and living in an old criminal hideout. Usually Gert will at least wrap her in a blanket and leave her to cuddle up with Old Lace (genetically-enhanced dinosaurs can't catch colds!) and sleep it off.Older!Moll is annoyed at the inconvenience, but grabs boxes of tissues and painkilers from the Bar and powers through. She has more important things to deal with.
Raoul is the worst patient known to man (just ask any of the medics who've had to deal with his war wounds!) but, fortunately, he lives in a world with magical healers in - and for obvious reasons there are always a few in every Company of the King's Own. So, the problem is usually very quickly solved, if only to stop him whining about it.
