Using whatever game system you’d like, what is your pup’s moral and ethical alignment?
I'm just picking a few of the big names for alignment systems:
The classic, D&D.
The contender, Palladium.
And that's about where I run out of ideas for simple alignment systems. Feel free to find you're own though!

Bethan, being too lazy to sign out/back in...
Sam is Chaotic Good, although it'd probably appal him to admit the 'Good' bit.
Molly is Lawful Good, if we assume that the Laws in question are the moral code followed by the X-Men and other superheroes, shading to Chaotic Good if pushed juuuuust that bit too far.
Raoul is most definitely Lawful Good, being the Paladiniest Paladin ever to Paladin.
McGonagall is another Lawful Good, but since the Laws in question are more to do with personal morality and her allegiance to Dumbledore, so she has a tendency to shade into Chaotic Good if, frankly, being Lawful Good isn't going to get the job done (i.e. where Umbridge is involved). She'll subvert the law if she can, but if she has to break it she has to break it and she won't feel guilty over it if she considers it was the right thing to do.
And now I have to leave work, but I'll try to pick this up when I get home.

(Going by the Star Wars RPG, she'd be Light Side...duh.)
Sabine: Neutral Good as well, though she drifts to Chaotic from time to time. She wants whats best for people and isn't too picky about how to get there. (Or Light Side, if going by the Star Wars RPG.)
Sam: I'd be inclined to say Lawful Good, but he's seen too much of how a supposed lawful society screws over the underprivileged. He wants to believe in a lawful society though.
Danny: Chaotic Good. He wants whats best for people, doesn't care what laws might be in the way, and is selfish enough to take what he thinks he'd need to do the most good.
Viv: Tough call. I'm going to say Neutral Good because she is willing to work outside the law to do good. She does have a lawful bent though, as will try to work within the system to do good or bring justice to those who deserve it.
Hank: Lawful Good, heading towards Neutral now that he's seen how mutants are treated.
Dog: I'm included to say Lawful Good. She abides by the agreements her kin created and she wants whats best for the most people.
Jessica: Chaotic Good, leaning towards Neural maybe. She wants to do good but isn't always willing to sacrifice herself or her life to do it.
Tybalt: I want to say Lawful Good, as long as you can accept the culture of the cait sidhe as a true lawful (of them) society.
And the Palladium codes...
Sabine - On the line between Scrupulous and Unprincipled. She’d been Unprincipled when Hera and Kanan adopted invited her to join the crew and she’s been heading towards Scrupulous ever since.
Sam - Principled. Totes principled.
Danny - Scrupulous, though the only thing keeping him from Principled is his love of personal freedom.
Viv - Principled. I can see her sacrificing herself for the greater good, though she is willing to ignore laws if they would block the good deed.
Hank - Seems Principled, though I wonder how much of that is because he expects that’s how one should be. I need to have him dig into his morality and what he really believes.
Dog - Scrupulous….or, dare I say Disreputable?
Jessica - Scrupulous.
Tybalt - Scrupulous.

Enzo is Principled, or Lawful Good with the emphasis on Good. He follows his Guardian protocol (he literally has to), but he cares more about helping people than the letter of the law if it comes down to it; I might go so far as to say he edges toward Neutral Good when human, although he's still likely to be controlled by habits even when he's not being directly controlled by his format.
Zecora, who does as she feels that she should,
is Scrupulous or Neutral Good.

Gabumon is in an odd situation because it's not generally possible for a Digimon to be Lawful anything, since the Digital World doesn't have laws or a cohesive society (and the only Digimon characters I can really think of who would be are Gennai as Lawful Good and Vamdemon as Lawful Evil). Chaotic Good probably describes him best: He does what he thinks is right, regardless of the consequences, and he has neither any particular regard for laws nor as ironclad a moral code as Yamato, preferring instead to just intuit what's right.
Eden runs the gamut of Neutral Good, True Neutral, and Neutral Evil depending on the situation, which I think ultimately makes him come down Chaotic Neutral. He places some value on helping people, and will actively seek out opportunities to do so, but he also prioritises his own agendas and goals over helping people.

Lois is Neutral Good, Scrupulous.
Evelyn kind of shifts between Chaotic and Neutral Good. Scrupulous.
R2-D2 is Chaotic Good, Scrupulous.
Anakin is somewhere between Lawful Neutral and True Neutral, honestly. Depends how annoyed he is by following rules; he is good at enforcing them, bad at following. Unprincipled.
Vader is Lawful Evil (with caveat of family comes before Emperor), Aberrant.
Tavi is Scrupulous and Lawful Chaotic Good--by which I mean he is absolutely lawful up until it gets in his way, and he now makes/enforces law so that is much more part of his alignment--but when law is not enough, boy howdy here comes the chaos. Ask Every Aleran Ever. (Yes, it's cheating. Tavi cheats.)
