I mean, given that fish are the main food the Chosen eat when in the Digital World (the advantages of them having Gomamon, whose power is the ability to summon fish from any location that could plausibly contain fish, a power he aggressively rules-lawyers with such things as 'You can't tell me there isn't potentially a dimensional rift into the ocean inside that building in the desert,'), and given that Yamato is their main cook for much of 01 (since Taichi, Mimi, and Takeru all don't know how, and Koushiro knows the theory but cannot be corralled long enough for the practice, leaving just him, Sora, and Jyou on cooking duty), we can assume he knows a truly staggering variety of fish-based meals.
Beyond that, we know that he's very particular about his ramen. Given how heavily the writers for Digimon like to layer on the wolf theme with Yamato, he's probably also a big fan of red meat, and especially lamb and venison.
Aradia ate many starfish sandwiches on Alternia, since that's a cheap and easy staple and thus ideal for lowblood kids. She also has a fondness for root vegetables because it reminds her of digging up dead stuff.
Thurlow's limited by the location and also a pretty bad cook, so the simplest mushroom-based dishes possible. Mushroom sandwiches. Fried mushrooms. Maybe one of those put-everything-in-a-pot-and-leave-it-on-low-heat-for-a-while stews with mushrooms and zeefood. Usually they'd just get takeout, but if they're somewhere remote that may not be an option.
Cirava's a little more affluent than Aradia, and has very different tastes; they like preprepared stuff like frozen pizzas and canned pasta in the shape of the Alternian alphabet.
Wilson favours bacon and eggs, meatballs (you can make meatballs out of anything), honey hams, kabobs (i.e. whatever meat and non-meat food scraps he's managed to scrounge up strung together on a couple of skewers), waffles if he can get them, and pierogies, dragonpie, or birchnut-and-berry trail mix especially if he's recovering from an injury. What he can make varies dramatically depending on the local plants and wildlife; lately he's been travelling through sparser worlds than the default map and easily caught/easily picked food is often not within reach. There is a point in the nearish future where he'll end up having to eat nothing but fishsticks, jerky, and the occasional koalefant steak or fried tallbird egg for three months.
Also, I've determined that the Don't Starve crockpot sort of... connects the dots for you with magic, based on the ingredients you put in it; you don't have to use flour or even a starchy vegetable to make waffles, for instance.
(Bastion enjoys a tall glass of alcohol-based liquid fuel.)
All of my organic pups would eat a frog sandwich, incidentally.
Quite a lot of 'dead thing roasted on a stick'. Ellen is not a good cook and does not have a lot of food options compared to... well, nearly anyone in the Bar, unless you count the folks from Snowpiercer. If something has tried to kill her, and was not sapient at any point during its existence, and is not excessively human-shaped, and is definitively safe and non-venomous or non-toxic, she will probably try to roast whatever meat she can get off it at least once.
Enzo: He's not, like, a gourmet chef or anything, but he made sure to learn the fundamentals of cooking and how to follow a recipe and will regularly take his turn to prepare dinner. Easy meals include macros 'n' cheese and chili con kernel.
Zecora: Makes a delicious vegetarian tagine. Also, salads from around the world.
Nichola knows how to cook basic meals. She knows how to put chicken into the oven and cook rice, and similar. When it comes down to it, she prefers not to cook, and mostly orders out. Her days are too damn busy and stressful for her to want to go home and just make a mess that needs to be cleaned up.
Wilford loves to cook, and has frequently indulged Nichola's dislike for it. Most of his cooking is Korean, but he's also a fan of burgers and steak. He also has a lot of input on the menu at his restaurant, without outright controlling it, because what's the point of paying a chef otherwise?
Ganymede can cook, though he really didn't learn many recipes until relatively late in life. But he likes to make things when he's stressed or anxious, so food's pretty much a go-to.
Noriko actually likes it! She will make all kinds of things like ramen, mochi, and soccer-ball ice cream on the regular. Sometimes she'll take a wild hare to make something she's seen or heard of on TV just to do something different, but she does cook like a normal person, so not a lot of mise-en-place or anything.

Rose's specialty is anything from a Chef Boyardee can.
Kylo doesn't cook, but he probably can, and doesn't really care. Nutrition is nutrition.
Creed actually cooks for himself a lot. Steak is high on the menu.
