I am 100% certain there are horror movies in the Overwatch universe with a Bastion unit as the Implacable Superhuman Killer Who Just Won't Die.
If they don't get stuck in combat programming mode and become the main villain, they'd probably be pretty evenly matched with most horror movie killers I can think of, which turns the horror movie into an action movie.
Aradia is probably dead before the main story opens or the first victim; in either case she returns as a ghost to fuck things up. I'm not sure whether that helps the surviving heroes or just makes the situation worse.
I feel like Wilson would survive something that should have killed him at least once/take a surprisingly long time to die, but in canon he's sufficiently squishy and unlucky that he seems unlikely to survive to the end unless it's by either ingenuity or plot armor.
I'll come back to Cirava and Thurlow later maybe, but they share with Wilson the element of being semi-normal people who wouldn't win in a fair fight against the average slasher movie villain.
Amascut is either the horror or secretly cooperating with the horror. Either way, she gets away at the end so that there are sequels.
Fairy Fixit is fairly squishy, but very evasive and a dangerous MacGyver-like engineer when pressured. If whatever the horror is decides to obsess over her, she might end up saving everyone on accident, but she might also end up with a higher bodycount than the horror, also by accident. It can easily turn into a dark comedy if she's that involved. Otherwise, she'll just hide and be boring.
In a way, the what-if-the-villains-won Dimension of Disaster AU is a horror AU already (zombies abound!) but somehow Amascut isn't actively wrecking shit and Fairy Fixit is Empress of the Moon and enough of a threat that the world is lousy with anti-teleportation magic. XD
A pretty long time! Yamato's a good fighter, a capable engineer, has a tactical mind, and has borderline superhuman endurance (or possibly just a borderline superhuman sense of pride that won't let him stay down), enough so that the Alphamon fight in Tri sees him struggling to his feet after taking attacks that put his armoured, Adult-level Digimon and Taichi down for the count.
But he would die eventually, because that inability to just stay down, and his willingness to throw himself into trouble, is going to lead to him piling on wounds over wounds over wounds, until eventually his body just gives out altogether. He'll probably go out in a brave but obviously doomed fight with the horror movie killer.
Gabumon is slow-moving, impervious to almost every conventional attack that regular Earth humans have, and has sharp claws.
Hera and Kanan do kind of get this in their little "Tales from Vader's Castle" comic. They make the classic horror movie mistake of ignoring Chopper's warning about entering the "haunted" ship, but Hera manages to trick and trap the evil "ghost" that attacks them. Which I think is probably how things would go down.
Khadgar either survives to the end or he's one of those characters that sacrifices himself so everyone else can make it out.
Gabriel is the one leading the counter attack/offense/escape, though how that pans out probably depends on what the monster is. He isn't likely to sacrifice himself. He...might sacrifice others depending upon where he is in canon.
First, I am assuming that the monster/slasher is potent enough to be a threat.
Ahsoka would be the victim that seemed to have died off about halfway through but then shows up at the end to save everyone. The monster/slasher doesn't die though. There does need to be the OT a sequel after all.
Sabine thinks she's the bad ass and would survive until the end, but she and Ezra were caught right away in "Always Two There Are".
Jess lasts until the end. She is genre savvy and knows how to play up being helpless to get underestimated.
Danny would be one of the first victims, mostly cause he would try and fight the monster/slasher so everyone else could get away.
Hank, I feel, would be the misunderstood monster in a horror comedy ala "Tucker & Dale vs. Evil".
I think Cassian would survive until very near the end, longer if he has Kay and a team to work with him, but I could also see himself sacrificing himself to save someone else.
One of Quentin's books is actually a play on the horror genre and he gets injured but survives. Since he's tough and good at knowing when to run.
Charles would probably die early because he tries to talk to the monster though he might be able to do something, depends on the kind of threat. He's not a fighter but his telepathy can be dangerous.
Sameth would get injured and make the macguffin that takes the monster down.
Moist would die if he can't find an escape, he's good at escapes but not at fighting.
Demeter would win and turn the monster into a tree.
William would die in the middle since he knows how to fight but guns can only do so much in horror movies.
Will as well would die but go down fighting and probably be part of the last group.
Ivan would last for a while, longer if he has someone he has to protect.

He is already a horror AU villain.
