What is a skill or talent your character wishes they had? I’m thinking more hobbies here, but go wild.

Or what is a skill/talent you think your pup would do well with but they'd never think to try.

Wilford's too much of a workaholic to focus on some of the skills he already has, let alone wish he had new ones. I've thought about trying to find him some hobbies, but nothing ever seems to stick.

Nichola could really get into painting, I think.

Cecil wishes he could flirt. Specifically, he wishes he could flirt with scientists. Even more specifically, he wishes he could flirt with the head scientist of the team holed up next door to Big Rico's Pizza.

(No one does a slice like Big Rico. No one.)

Hera sort of wishes she could be more talented at cooking. She's not burn-everything terrible, but left to her own devices she's more likely to just dump spices on some protein, or if she has access to them, eat fresh fruits and vegetables without really preparing them. She appreciates well-prepared dishes, though coming across a place that really caters to Twi'leks is somewhat rare - but she also knows that if she actually tried to learn it would just never hold her interest.

She would also like to improve her Wookieese.

(Kind of related, Hera does have a talent for singing, but she's very self-conscious about it for various reasons, and so rarely actually does sing.)

In some other life, Kanan would probably be good at woodworking. But it would never occur to him to try.

Yamato's response to wanting a skill and feeling that he's lacking in it is to immediately and obsessively practice at it until he's become an expert, so most of the hobbies he's interested in he's already mastered.

(There's the possible exception to this of writing, because Yamato has probably tried writing at least once -- his father, mother, and brother are all journalists of some stripe, he doubtless at least attempted it -- and has never ever managed to get a knack for it.)

If he had any interest whatsoever in team sports, instead of being the only Chosen whose sporting interests are exclusively solo ones, he'd probably make a pretty decent football player (and it'd give him and Taichi another outlet for competing with each other!). He'd probably also make a pretty great painter, except he'd be one of those painters who destroys every painting they make because it isn't absolutely perfect, which is as pointless and frustrating as it is endearingly Byronic.

There's also a random surfer guy in an audio drama who thinks Yamato would make a good surfer, but tbh he seemed like the kind of guy who thinks everyone would make a good surfer and also that everyone should be surfing all the time forever.
