We've done advice columns DEs before, so here's a related question:

Who does your character trust to actually ask for advice?
takethatnature: Wilson with a sizeable beard holding a torch while offscreen companions hold up a book, a red axe, a lighter, and a balloon. (beardy: friends)

At the moment, Wilson doesn't really have anyone to talk to at all unless you count Maxwell or the fairly dim pig-people, but when I get him up to Don't Starve Together in his canon he'll trust Wickerbottom. She seems to know everything, and is very difficult to rattle.

Aradia trusts Karkat and maybe half the rest of the Sgrub group to give decent advice. She used to listen a little too much to ghosts' advice, and ended up with her future self as basically the only person she took direction from at all during the game. (And maybe Nepeta once in a while, since she was her server player.) She still doesn't really go to other people for advice much now that she's alive again.

Bastion would come to Torbjörn if they had a hardware problem they couldn't resolve on their own, but not for life advice; they're skeptical of whether he could overcome his biases enough to give good advice. I think Athena's the only person on the watchpoint they'd seek out for personal guidance. (At some point in their future they bond with Zenyatta, but that's based on in-game interactions; storywise they've yet to meet.)

I don't think Cirava has anyone they'd be willing to ask for advice from. Alternia's social structure doesn't really allow for mentor-type relationships beyond an older-sibling type of thing and they lost all their friends after the whole nearly dying thing. Maybe the MSPA Reader post-Friendsim, since they're their only real friend, but the Friendsim protagonist's presence is dubiously canonical and they get whisked off the planet by Doc Scratch never to be seen again after the end of the spinoff series anyway.

Tess would trust Clark to go to him for advice, but she rarely does. Oliver maybe in a pinch, though it would usually be Clark.

Rose doesn't really have anyone. Maybe the owners of the store she works at?

Kylo would ask Snoke, but...

Creed wouldn't go to anyone. The only person he trusts for anything is himself.

The list is small for Cassian since he doesn't do a lot of asking for personal advice. Professional like how would you approach this problem is very different but hm, I could see him asking Emcee, Tavi, Ibani and that's about it, maybe Barry. I think Kay would give him advice but Cassian wouldn't ask. Also I think sometimes that's a way he reaches out to possible contacts is asking advice so its not a simple thing for him.

For Quentin-not in order; Toby, Raj, May maybe Tybalt.

Sameth, Nick first and then his father and then his sister.

For Charles, not that many since he's usually the one people come to for advice. At one point, it would have been Raven or Erik, I don't know that he really has someone like that. I think Hank a little but Charles very much sees himself as a teacher and so wouldn't want to burden anyone with his issues.

Will S. is easy, Robin and Little John who are his closest friends, then others of the Merry Men depending on what he wants advice about.

William, I'm not sure, probably Katya.

Moist, gods no, he won't be asking anyone unless it makes them believe him more for a job.

Ivan, hm, he might have some friends at work but most of the people he knows I can't see him being that comfortable asking personal advice. Most of his family and friends tend to give him unsolicited advice.

Demeter, she's usually the one that others come to for advice but I could see her asking Malcolm if he was still around.

Tumnus, Lucy first and maybe later friends around the palace.

Sabine reaches out to Hera or Kanan first. Next might be Zeb and maybe even Chopper believe it or not.

Ahsoka...while I want to say it depends on the problem she's seeking advice for, I am hard pressed to think of any canon examples of her asking for advice. Situations seem to occur that teach her the lesson or thing she needs to understand. It does seem like she'd reach out to Rex or Padme if she had a question which she thinks doesn't relate to Jedi business or might make her seem less jedi-like. Anakin, Obi-wan, or other Jedi otherwise.

I'll see if other pup's want to speak up, as this is a great question.

With some exceptions, Hera tends to be open but discerning. She likes having a broad range of input, but she's also not going to just take things at face value. Being in a leadership position can also mean that she really has to be able to make decisions herself, sometime without or even against the input of others. But she also doesn't let hierarchy dictate whom she gets help from - if she needs advice about something in particular, like say, explosives, she's going to go to the person she knows has the most experience with that (for explosives - Sabine).

Though in general, if she just needs to talk something out, she'll go to Kanan.

Kanan's first answer is Hera.

After that - while I think like Hera he also likes a broad range of input, he's less inclined to welcome it or seek it out, which is due to a long built up resistance to seeming vulnerable. He misses the younger version of himself who was so willing to ask everything he wanted to know, who didn't have to have such a constant guard, and I'd imagine part of his affection for Hera comes from not having to have that guard with her.

But as he can't ask for advice from his master, the holocron has acted as a resource. And once he gets to know others pretty well, he'll reach out to them if he thinks they're likely to have an answer/what he wants to know is in their expertise - I imagine he talked to Ahsoka at least a few times about the Force. And I think eventually he'll even feel comfortable enough as a teacher to ask Ezra about his experiences with the Force/Jedi stuff.
