Monday DE: Got Crack?

Another coughing fit has me up very late, so tell me, what are some of the crazy or silly ideas you might have had for pups that never came to be?

At one point I wanted to app the Stanley Parable Narrator but I couldn't figure out how to make him work with the Bar format without losing elements that I really liked. I don't think rewriting the environment the way he does in his canon would fly, but without that he's just a sulky sarcastic disembodied voice. IIRC I got to the making-a-journal stage before burning out on the idea, too.

I also considered Zimmy and Gamma (as a unit) from Gunnerkrigg Court and Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas, but those are normal by comparison.

The two I thought of over the weekend for some reason...

Jambi from Pee Wee's Playhouse. Seemed a sort of one of pup, so never really went far with him. He would not have granted wishes inside Milliways.

And Calcifer, from Howl's Moving Castle. I just get a smile imagining him grumping at the fish. :D

And maybe Yrael would figure out a way for Calcifer to not be stuck in the fireplace.

Not exactly crazy silly, more crazy no one has the energy for that. So basically it would be the door playing time shenanigans and letting in an Amascut from the distant past and then there is a grand adventure during the God Wars part of her canon's backstory, specifically during the destruction of Uzer.

It would have required the kidnapping of a Hulk and then a Milliways rescue party. And it would have outed Amascut as a villain, at least in the past, and as a goddess.

But I have teh lazies.

Also, Annalalaith (mun who hasn't played here in a while) keeps trying to convince me to use Amascut to start up a game of skullball in Milliways. Because kicking a skull around an obstacle course sounds like such a fun torture for pups with detachable heads.

I guess this wasn't specific to pups, but I know one time Bing and I talked about a plot thing where one group of characters would go farther and farther up into the rafters, and the other would go farther and farther down into the garage, until eventually they'd meet.
