Demeter's answer is easy, her daughter comes back. I'll try and give her an EP later today since this is when she returns.

Cassian's constantly traveling and going between different planets so its not as much of a thing for him. When he was younger on Fest, he loved playing in the puddles that came as the snow melted and spotting the first blooms.

Will S. loves how Sherwood changes, going from bare to green.

Sameth likes how the world of Belisaere changes and the soothing sound of running water as rivers thaw.

Tumnus loves so much of Spring, it reminds him of all that's good in Narnia.

It's not winter. Birds carry seeds again, butterflies come back, it's not dangerously cold all the time or dark for 75% of the day.
