...I'm caught up on his back posts and I believe I have a good way to resolve his timeline differences pretty nicely.

But there's a caveat to that: I'm not privy to any private discussions Bill's former mun might have had with anyone regarding characterization or plotline development.

If you've had something with Bill already, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm going to do my best to play him the way I see him, and if anyone has suggestions I'll take them all into consideration.

How polite of me. I didn't even answer your question. The previous Bill-mun had hinted to Fleur that Bill was just discovering he was bisexual, but they had patched things up enough that they considered themselves good friends. But that was with the three year time difference. If you want to dump any of that, or make any sort of back story beyond that, please let me know. I'm wickedtrue on aim.
