Vaguely related: he is aware that he has a tendency to white knight. (His entire canon is what happens when he finds out that his ex-girlfriend has been murdered and immediately goes off on his own to find out why and/or avenge her.) He really, really hates this, not least because it usually winds up in him getting his ass kicked repeatedly.
Poe hates being ordered around. So obviously he joined the military... I'm not sure which of his own personality traits he most hates. He's not big on introspection, is Poe - which is a shame as it would probably make him a bit less of a div.
BB-8 is very much aware of his own nature as a Perfect Angel Droid. He hates people who don't listen (and specifically those who don't listen to droids). Also unimaginative people, mainly because it often takes quite a bit of imagination to work out what a beepy pantomime actually means.

Legolas finds everyone mostly to be a curiosity so if they are boring that’s the problem. Legolas thinks he’s pretttttty great. He’s aware of his flaws according to his fellow elves but he likes them fine (impatience, overly interested in humans, sheer immaturity).
Melinda May wishes she cared less about people. She’s mostly okay with other people’s personalities, though— they wash over her like water.

Steve. He means Steve Carlsburg.
He hates Steve Carlsburg.
Yep.
As for himself, he knows he has an unfortunate tendency to over-share while on the air (he can't help it!) but to be fair, he pays for it every time, sooooo... it evens out!

On a more personal note, it rankles him when people don't treat him with at least a baseline 'I'll trust you to know what you're capable of,' level of respect, especially because that's the baseline level of respect he tries to treat others with, at least until they do something that makes him revise that downwards. It's one of those things that makes him immediately think a lot less of the person in question, and it's next to impossible to get him to revise his opinion upwards after that.
For himself, he's not overly keen on the interplay of low self-esteem and pride he has going on. Either one would be bad enough, but together they form a really toxic mix of envy, irascibility, and overly-cautious skittishness. The combination of those two flaws invariably steers him wrong, and he's acutely aware of that.
Eden is sort of a null zone as far as being irritated by others or himself goes, but he does have something like distaste for excesses of violence or cruelty, in the same way that he might have distaste for a half eaten sandwich being thrown on the ground: It's the wastefulness and pointlessness of it all that gets him.

As for himself, actually, Emcee can get pretty self-loathing! I'm starting to think that he has a bit of impostor syndrome. He constantly has this nagging feeling that he doesn't deserve anything that he gets and doesn't quite understand why people are genuinely nice to him, or want to help him, or want to give him things, or even love him. And these feelings can get very dark and loud, and he hates it when they do, because he'll either turn to self-destructive/extreme behavior or withdraw from everyone and everything for a while until he sorts himself out.
