Monday DE: Heaven and Hell (AKA: Guess which canon I'm still obsessed with?)

Good moooooooooorning, Vietnam Milliways!

In Good Omens, Aziraphale and Crowley have a running debate as to whether historical events and current developments are the fault of Heaven, Hell or Humans. Milton Keynes and the M25 motorway: Hell. The Spanish Inquisition: Humans (although Crowley accidentally took credit). The Great Barrier Reef (even though it is in Australia): Heaven.

What major events/locations in your pup's canon are the fault of Heaven? Which are Hell? And which do humans (or the relevant local equivalent) only have themselves to blame for?

Alternatively, if you'd like some more writing prompts, I personally would be happy to keep going with our last ficcing DE.

I feel like the Star Wars version of this is blaming the Empire and when the Jedi were around, more grumbling about the Force. One of Cassian's unexpected lines for me is, "The Force and I have different priorities."

For Quentin, it all traces back to Oberon, Maeve and Titania but I think if he was asked in terms of Heaven and Hell, he would blame San Francisco traffic and drivers on Hell.

Charles gets all scientisty at the question but would say that Heaven must have had a hand in mutants.

I'm not sure about the others and just met my replacement who seems nice but this is going to be a strange week.
