I think Amascut has a bit of tigress in her, because she has gone through bouts of thinking that high seas piracy is the coolest thing ever. Deep water doesn't trouble her, she just doesn't like what it does to her fur I mean her hair. Overseas trading routes were also important to ancient Kharidian civilization and Kharidian religion and culture spread into parts of the southeastern sea island chains. Still, the sea remained a way to get away from the Kharidians and their gods, and infact most of the mainland religions and their gods. Despite Amascut being comfortable around ships and the sea, she wasn't going to hunt you down for minor offenses.
Fairy Fixit would rather figure out a higher-dimensional way of flying around a large body of water. It wouldn't be that bad if the ship has a nice weather-proof cabin or sleeping quarters and she doesn't have to venture outside for anything.
Yamato's base of operations on one world is an island, and his base of operations on another world is also an island, so at this point he's a fairly dab hand at boats. He can plan out and oversee the construction of a boat to go from File Island to Server, a trip of a week or so, pretty competently, and he's a decent enough sailor.
It comes up more often in the Digital World than in the Analog World, because while you can take a boat from Odaiba to the mainland, there's also just, like, a bridge. And a subway. You can just take the subway, it's fine, it's cool.
EDIT: And because I just remembered, Innsmouth, the one part of the Dark Ocean any of the kids visit, is also an island, but I guess nobody's sailing that particular sea anytime soon. There are dinghies there, though! You could.
Cisco: With a very large river running through Central City Cisco and Barry have each spent at least a little time on a boat. It's the Missouri River, so likely there were even riverboats and I imagine at least one school field trip for them. Cisco did just fine and was fascinated with the workings of the boat. These days he mostly stays off the water. Central City has plenty of bridges to take a person from one side to the other so why risk the Titanic if you don't have to?
Barry: As said above, there's a big river running right through his city. Barry though hasn't spent much time in boats and has never been on a ship. Considering how he's not really the outdoorsy type I don't think his sea legs are great. Which is just fine when you can run on water.
Matt: Being as how Matt almost never leaves Hell's Kitchen his experience with boats and ships is mostly just listening to them out on the docks (and fighting the hordes of bad guys who tend to like to hang out there). But, as a lifelong resident of New York he's probably been on a ferry at least once or twice. As a kid he would've enjoyed it, now though the experience combined with his senses would be pretty awful.
Logan: He puts up with it when he has to. Out on the open water is one of his least favorite places to be (you try and stay afloat with a skeleton full of metal), and since boats and ships are confined spaces he doesn't care for that aspect of them much, either. But, if he's gotta he's gotta and aside from getting extra irritable he handles it fine.
K-2SO: Kay's universe has spaceships! And he's the best co-pilot. Why would anyone want to be on a boat when spaceships are a thing? The answer is, they shouldn't, and Kay would likely refuse to get on a boat if it ever came up. Unless of course Cassian tells him to.
Red: See Logan's response, but instead of metal bones Red has a big stone anchor attached to his arm and with the irritability there would also be lots and lots of bitching.
Tess was a marine biologist, so she's been on plenty of boats. Unfortunately, one of those boats got attacked by pirates and she was kidnapped and watched them kill all her friends. She's been a bit iffy of boats in general since. But overall, she's good on them.
Rose only knows a small little rowboat that she and her Dad used to go fishing on. Otherwise, she's useless.
Kylo kind of lives on a really big boat? And he can pilot smaller ones extremely well.
Creed... is a lot like Logan. He's a bit more comfortable around water, but if it's a small space, he gets antsy.
Bastion has no strong feelings one way or the other about medium-size to large boats, but they're concerned that they would sink a little rowboat or something. Last time they had to get across water they walked across the ocean floor instead. (Ganymede probably hitched a ride on a ferry. He doesn't look like he's built for long flights over water.)
Wilson is not a huge fan of open water, because it has a noted habit of turning ships into shipwrecks. (He also hates getting his hair wet.) Despite that, he's OK at sailing.
Aradia can fly, so she doesn't have much to worry about from boat accidents. She didn't live near the coast on Alternia so it's a fun novelty.
Thurlow owns an experimental steampunky submarine and so far has only sunk it temporarily and on purpose. It has a lot of potential as an observational device for Unterzee flora and fauna, but they're not primarily a cryptozoologist and as such are more interested in its ability to take them across the Unterzee.
