Without that? Sahaal's pretty much a large, cranky, armed transhuman mess.

Viv says she does not require sleep. As her mun though, I have to wonder if she does need sleep. Her father, Vision, did build her to mimic humans to the point where she will age and eventually die. I'm not sure of signs of her being overtaxed. Likely a stutter might come in (trouble with processors) and maybe she'll space out.
Ahsoka says stim drinks and/or meditation. Also, I'm sure there are Force tricks.

Molly pushes on through, with the aid of caffeine, sugar, and sugary caffeine. It's been a recurring theme for her in the bar: she's always tired, not least because she struggles to sleep in an empty room so even catching up on sleep in Milliways isn't that effective. When all else really fails, she's been known to crash on Jaq's (er, Atton Rand's) sofa as a last resort.
McGonagall, like any good Brit, drinks copious quantities of strong sweet tea and refuses to acknowledge the problem.

Thurlow becomes increasingly anxious and drinks lots of strong coffee, which doesn't really help with the anxiety.
Cirava is probably the most likely to take a nap in the middle of... well, the night since trolls are nocturnal, but the equivalent of the middle of the day for us. Of course, if they can't get to sleep in the first place, they'll probably just try to laugh the whole thing off while lounging around their hive doing un-strenuous things.
I'm torn between Bastion on low battery being exactly the same as usual up until they suddenly go into sleep mode involuntarily to recharge from their fuel tank if they aren't proactive about plugging into an outlet somewhere, and them having a power-saving mode that compromises on processing power for battery life and encourages them to prioritise looking for a power source, giving them a bit of a one-track mind and making them sort of groggy/spacey like a sleepy human.
