I am still loving the idea of Slytherin!Klaus, from a DE way back. Idk if he'd have gone the drugs/booze route because of the ghosts, because there's probably a 'make the ghosts stop bitching and actually have useful convos' spell already.

Now, he might drink due to the 'my dad and his buddies want me to be a death eater' problem...

I think it has potential! I mean. His lazy-ass snark vs. Snape. I don't think they're going to be BFFs, but Snape is committed to Slytherin being the best house so. Frenemies? You lay off my ass / I'll convince the Bloody Baron to hold a tea party down in the Hufflepuff common room?

OMG those pics and that icon are priceless! Also, because Ben is a ghost Hufflepuff, now Klaus lobbies on the regular (and wins often 'cause he's classy annoying) that all of the shared classes be Slytherin-Hufflepuff, because they're clearly all basement buddies (and then Ben can be with his Puff Pals).

A number of years ago, Marvel had this thing where they spun a number of their heroes through a Noir filter, which is where we got Spider-Man noir from. There was X-Men Noir, Spider-Man Noir, Luke Cage Noir, and Daredevil Noir. There was also an Iron Man Noir, which was a wonderful Jules Verne-esk dieselpunk story.

Inspired by this I have a Spider-Woman Noir idea which I may turn into an original story rather than fanfic. The basic idea is Jess is a stage magician/escapologist in the vein of Houdini, who only has the vaguest memories of her childhood and teen years. Hydra is a Lovecraftian cult and Carol Danvers is a barnstormer and ex-business partner/lover.

PBs I am deciding between are Sean Young in Blade Runner or Jennifer Connely from Dark City.

Viv I could see as a construct/golem that gained sentience and is a Ravenclaw.

Oh, I forgot to mention a canon AU for Viv. In “Old Man Quill” she gone Sarah Conners in a world run by Dr. Doom and seems to be the last Avenger or perhaps even last Earth super-hero left alive.

Ssssssssssssooooo, I have given this some thought this year! Surprising, I know, right?

For Noriko I think I'm either going to go with X-Men Noir (because it's cool and I've been bingeing on 1920-30s-40s stuff) and so I get to play with Nori being polished and actually social.

For Ganymede I am undecided. I've done daemon AUs with him before but never really explored the parallels with him having a bird daemon and being abducted by a giant bird. So I may do that again and actually try to play him. Or, barring that, I'm open to suggestions.

For *Sinthia* I want to either AU her as having been taken to America at some point before adolescence (there is canon of this and I hate it) and brainwashed in a different way, to believe she's a normal human, by SHIELD. She'd be coming in juuuuuust at the beginning of breaking that conditioning. OR I can play off the ever-popular Hogwarts AU, where she'd have gone to Durmstrang and would be an extremely accomplished Legilimens and pretty good duelist.

So, for the past year or so I've been considering a roleswap AU, where Gabumon is the human Crestbearer and Yamato is the Digimon (perhaps a Sangloupmon, as they are goodly sharp puppies), so I might well go with that when AU Week rolls around.

Since I've been playing a lot of Fire Emblem Three Houses lately, an FE3H AU also occurred to me, with Yamato as the house leader of a Blue Wolves house to go along with, like, Sora's Red Falcons and Taichi's Golden Dragons, but idk. I don't know if that would actually make an appreciable difference in his personality enough to be worth playing.
