Currently, Wilson's is his hat, which he stole from an anthropomorphic walrus that was trying to kill him. He hasn't worn it much in the Bar because he's having trouble scraping together enough spider silk to make thread and doesn't want to put too much wear and tear on it, but it's the most comfortingly dapper thing he owns right now and he doesn't have anywhere to get another.
Sam doesn't exactly treasure the sword, dagger and crown he was given as a Son of Time, at least not in the sense that he actually likes them. But they are the things he keeps safest.
LittleMoll has her sister Gert's glasses. God help you if you look like you might damage/take them. OlderMoll doesn't have much (the glasses were lost when Magneto destroyed Xavier's), but she does have one of Nico's earrings that she now wears on a chain around her neck.
(She also has one of her mother's bracelets, which she found while exploring the lower depths of the old hideout they're currently living in. She won't ever admit to having kept that, though.)
McGonagall's is her wand. People have tried to take it before...
Jess has a key from every home she's ever had since breaking free of HYDRA. It's her way of reminding herself she has built a life.
Danny has a generation one iPod and a battered copy of what I am assuming is the Tao te Ching. The iPod is all he has left from before the crash and the Tao te Ching was his only possession aside from clothing from his time in K'un Lun.
For practical importance, Yamato's most treasured possession is his digivice. He will always have it on his person unless he absolutely can't, and if he can't, it'll be in easy reach. It's got sentimental value, but mostly he needs it because without its ability to limit, focus, and modulate his powers, he can't use them. The same goes for his Crest pendant, which will always be around his neck.
For sentimental importance, his harmonica. It's far and away the thing he treasures most, to the point that him dropping it and leaving it behind in 01 is what initially clues Jyou in to the fact that Yamato's traumatic breakdown has gone from very bad to very much worse. I've headcanoned that it was a gift from his maternal grandfather, Michel, which makes it about the only thing he has to link him back to the Takaishi side of the family.
