I can't think of any of my pups who have a relationship with grandparents. I know they have to have them even if they didn't grow up in their family, DOg being a possible exception, but I'll be dammed if I can think of any canon mention of grandparents.
Hell, mention of parents seems to be a challenge with the pups I find appealing. :)
More than half my pups don't have (identifiable) grandparents because they aren't from a species that reproduces that way, and the remaining two don't really have any canon mention of it. Neither Wilson nor the Delicious Friend make much mention of their upbringing or their family, the latter's hooligan spinster aunt notwithstanding. I also don't really have any theories of my own to fill that gap with.
OK, I'm being inspired by Klaus-mun's answer below and taking another look at my pups...
Ahsoka: blood-kin, no grandparents to connect to. Force wise, and thinking of things in the Master/Padawan lineage, her "grandparent" would be Obi-Wan, who is really more of a second Master to her. She has a great relationship to him. Looking beyond Obi-Wan, there's Qui-Gon, whom she never met, and then Dooku, who I don't think she encountered in canon, and finally Yoda, who I think she has a friendly enough relationship with, albeit a distant master to a student one.
Viv...oh man. OK, one grandparent would be Ultron; who I don't think she ever wants to meet. In a wibbly-wobbly way, Magneto could be considered a grandparent, assuming you follow that Wanda and Pietro are still his children (I seem to remember that got reconned recently but I don't know for sure), as Wanda's brain patterns were used as a template for Viv's 'mother' and then hers and Vision's brain patterns were combined to create Viv's 'brain'. I don't know. Comic book science okay.
Ben Hargreeves, as Klaus-mun says below, Pogo would be the grandparent stand-in. I feel like Ben got along with Pogo and I can see them talking of things late into the night over hot chocolate. Still, that is tempered with Reginald's disdain for emotional things and all the other unpleasantness of that childhood.
... You know, it occurs to me that Yamato and Takeru's grandparents (well, some of them) are the only grandparents we see in the show. Weird.
Anyway, Yamato probably would get along really well with Michel Takaishi and [Unnamed Grandmother] Takaishi, his maternal grandparents, but he hasn't seen them since he was seven or eight. Michel shows up in 02, and he is ... basically the halfway point between Yamato and Takeru, with Takeru's charm and Yamato's recklessness and willingness to throw down at any opportunity.
While his paternal grandfather, [Unnamed Grandfather] Ishida has passed away by the start of 01, we do meet his paternal grandmother, Kinu, in one of the films. We don't see an awful lot of how they interact, but it seems like Yamato visits her every so often, and they have a fairly friendly relationship.
Oh, wait, I do have one thing set in my mind about Wilson's grandparents: the ones on his dad's side, at least, are English. Either they immigrated or his parents did, because he was born in America.
If it's the latter I imagine he didn't see them often growing up, because while a transatlantic visit isn't exactly trivial by commercial airliner it's even more of a commitment to make by ship.
Sunshine's mother's parents disowned their daughter when she married Onyx Blaise, so Sunshine has never met them. But she has seen first-hand how comprehensively her mother goes off someone when she cuts ties with them, so she feels she understands where her mother got it from. She had a close relationship with her father's mother, and often wishes she had known her better, especially when she feels overwhelmed with what her life has become.
Yrael doesn't have parents (or does he???) much less grandparents.
Max doesn't have a very close relationship with her grandparents, or at least she doesn't ever mention them in canon. I have the feeling that some if not all of them may already be dead?

Creed’s grandparents might have been around when he was young, but they’re never mentioned. He probably had a strained relationship with them.
Kylo has a very special relationship with his grandfather....

You're an idiot.

Sigh.
It's not great.
He loves Pogo, in that complicated way you can love someone who explicitly supported your abuser, but who had no options himself.
