I was going to say the same for True Blood, but then I thought of Jessica, Bill's teenage progeny. She is actually the sweetest, most adorable baby vamp. ...Sometimes.
I tried to find something cute in Preacher, and the best I could do was Banjo the chihuahua in season 2. If I make it that far I'm definitely having Cassidy bring him to Milliways.
There are a lot of in-game pets (distinct from summons with actual stat effecting perks, combat abilities, or additional inventories), some explicitly designed to be cute. Some pets are bobbleheads of certain characters, mainly raid bosses, dungeon bosses, and questline villains. No Amascut bobblehead so far though. The closest thing is the Kharidian Cat pet, which is a pet version of one of Amascut's former priestesses. But anyways, tons of pets, so there is bound to be one to fit anyone's definition of cute. Unless one is repulsed by low to middling polygon count 3d models, of course.
Some pets have cute interactions when they are in close enough proximity, like the 6 Barrows Brothers

Sabine: Loth cats
Jessica: Her son Gerry (I'd love to say Bamfs but she hasn't really interacted with the X-men in too long a time.)
Tybalt: Rose goblins, although he would say kittens in general.
Viv: Sparky...he even has a Lego version.

As for Vikings, there's Ragnar and his baby goats (and sheep).

The most recent non-pet cuteness has been Violet and Baby Dinos
