Cassian believes in love because he has seen it around him. Its one of the things that gives him hope. I don't think he really believes in love at first sight, that's too nice to seem real.

Quentin definitely believes in love but he's also seen some of the downsides of love. Love is complicated in his canon.

Actually most of mine believe in love, few of them don't. Moist doesn't really believe in it. Loves another lever to use.

Yamato definitely believes in love. Whether he believes in love at first sight ... eh, no, he doesn't.

Rivalry at first sight, though, absolutely. You better bet that when he and Taichi first met, their eyes met across a crowded classroom, their hearts skipped a beat, and they both simultaneously went "I'm going to beat the everloving shit out of that guy."

Bastion doesn't understand why this is a question of belief. Love is an emotion, and even if that's specifically in reference to romantic love, they've seen other people experiencing it at least. It may not be a tangible substance, but it definitely exists.

They're more skeptical about (romantic) love at first sight, but they venture that it's probably an experience somebody's had.
