Ahsoka doesn't need much persuasion, pretty much just a friend in need or an appointment.

Jess is similar but will complain and demand coffee.

Yamato's also one of those who doesn't need much persuasion. If he needs to be up earlier than usual to get something done, he'll get up early and do it relatively without complaint.

A crisis. A hound attack, a rain of frogs, a giant monster trying to stomp on the campsite, that kind of thing. Something where the longer he waits before running out of the base, the worse it'll be to deal with.
