How does your character deal with a boss who is panicking or otherwise stressing out badly over how your character is doing?

If your character is the boss, how do the people who work for them handle your character's stress and/or panic?

Brought to you by sorry, back to work now.

Tess was pretty meek when she was working for others, so she would just take what she was given and try not to do anything to make them upset again. Her employees now know that when they do something wrong, she will take them up to her office and have a little chat with them. However, they also know that she's not afraid to fire anyone for any reason they tend to walk the line.

It's not really a good thing for Kylo to be answering to people. When they get upset at him for his work, he'll have a nice rage tantrum and dwell on before he likely makes rash decisions. The people who answer to him generally hide when he's upset.

Creed's first instinct is to kill anyone who's upset at him, or someone who has made him upset. It's probably a good thing he doesn't really answer to anyone and has no employees.

Ahsoka, in the early years of being Anakin's padawan took such situations badly. She'd stress and worry it was something she'd done that caused him to freak out. As she grew more comfortable with their relationship, she would often poke at him or roll her eyes. In extremem freak outs, she'd patiently wait for him to wear himself out and then go and do what needs doing.

Jessica just gets stone faced and waits for the storm to pass, assuming it's not Carol. If it's Carol she'll do her best to calm her down, but accepts that sometimes Carol just needs to freak.

Sucy likely just daydreams while the stress and freak out happens, if canon is anything to go on.

Dog just stares and drools until she's had enough adn then will nip the "boss's" hand or behind to shock them out of it.

Blackwatch, which Gabe was in charge of, apparently made plans to murder people when stressed. This is versus actual sanctioned missions to eliminate targets which I'm assuming was a thing. It is strongly implied they don't pursue the stress response ones.

At least not until the Venice Incident.

Basically a Talon head honcho has just severely injured a good friend and asset of Gabe's. Jesse, Gabe's right hand man in Blackwatch, suggests that they go murder the dude. Gabe says no, but they will go after him to detain him. Except when they show up Talon dude has been expecting them. He starts mocking Gabe for playing by the book, pointing out that he'll be free in two months. Gabe considers this, agrees, and then straight up murders him. Jesse loses his shit and goes on a rant several times as they escape the city saying this is not how Blackwatch does things.

It's something I'm still digesting and thinking about as to how this reflects on Gabe's character. Clearly it wasn't a moment of panic but it was also clearly out of character for him to act in such a manner. Not really out of character for Reaper, though.
