Cassian doesn't have any living family left but he mainly keeps in touch with the Rebellion through coded communications.
Quentin calls and emails his family in Canada but hasn't seen them properly since he began his blind fosterage, their relationship is still kind of complicated due to that. He lives with his found family of Toby, May and Jazz.
Charles, I think both his parents and stepfather are dead and he's an only child with Raven as an adopted sister. I know in the comics his family is much more complicated but the movies are really vague.
Sameth lives with his family as does William.
Will S. lives in Nottingham castle and often visits with his parents who live in the main town.
Moist hasn't been in touch with his grandparents since he left Uberwald and his parents died when he was younger.
Demeter doesn't have any contact with Kore during the Winter and lives with her during the Summer. As for the rest of her family, it depends, some of them she sees but there's not a lot of searching each other out.
Ivan lives in the same city as his mother and extended family, his father died the day he was born and everyone comms and has meals with each other.
Tumnus also doesn't have any living family left but lives with his found family of the Pevensies in Caer Paravel.
Most of Tess' family are dead and the ones who are alive she doesn't keep in contact with; one's whereabouts are unknown and the other kind of wants her dead.
Kylo sort of keeps tabs on his family through the Force, but it's not a regular thing.
Creed keeps track of where is brother is. He tries to kill Logan every year on Logan's birthday. It's tradition.
Bastion lives on the same watchpoint as their quasi-father and soon also his daughter/their quasi-sister (half-sister?), and has no desire to talk to or share their location with the sentient factory that built them.
Wilson exchanges letters with his parents or goes into town to call them on the telephone once or twice a year, around birthdays and holidays, and his end of that is kind of begrudging. He visits his siblings a little more often than his parents. Or he did, before he got stuck in another dimension.
Thurlow can't visit their parents or siblings anymore because the Surface won't allow them to return on their Earth, but they send occasional letters. Maybe their family will come to visit them one of these days, but visiting the Neath isn't easy. However, they have a spinster aunt who lives in Fallen London! They visit each other all the time.
Aradia's lusus died at the same time she herself originally did, and trolls have a complicated communal reproduction arrangement so they don't really keep track of family relations beyond 'ancestor/descendant' and 'identical twins'. And descendants can't exactly be proven to be directly descended from ancestors, it's just that they have high enough genetic similarity that they probably are. Aradia met an alternate timeline younger version of her ancestor face-to-face because of Sgrub-related spacetime shenanigans, as it happened.
Cirava has a lusus who they live with! Or so they claim! Nobody else has seen it recently.
