Cherry Blossoms (Friday, March 27th through Sunday, April 5th)
It’s that time of year again! Cherry trees will appear in Milliways starting on the night of Friday, March 27th, and will be in full bloom late Saturday morning (March 28th). They will continue to bloom through the following weekend.
On Sunday, April 5th, the petals will start falling/blowing away. During the night the trees, blossoms, and associated modifications to the Milliways landscape will vanish, leaving the place as close to normal as it ever gets when the sun rises on Monday, April 6th.
Any parts of the cherry trees that are removed from the environment of Milliways will vanish, and anything from the trees will go away on April 6th. If you really want a souvenir, Abe no Seimei will make you a pink origami blossom.
