For Cassian, droids, ships and cooking or locks, he's someone who curious and interested and then his work has him kind of lean into some of those interests.

Quentin: Music, he's very into music and uses it in his spells.

Sameth: Using the Charter to make things and cricket, also he loves talking comparative magic systems.

Demeter: Plants, cooking, and her daughter

Tess will totally geek out about marine biology. It was her passion and she tried her best to make a career out of it.

Kylo and Creed don't really geek out about anything. Creed's seen to much to be that impressed with any one thing and Kylo is rather single-purposed.

Tybalt would easily regale you on Shakespeare and other stage shows. Possible even history.
