Hera and Kanan are obviously from SW, but when we did a Star Trek AU we made Kanan half-Betazoid as a way to incorporate his Force abilities.

As for Hera, it's hard to imagine her as a character without her being a Twi'lek, so. Though again for the Star Trek AU we gave Ryloth a background kind of similar to its own in Star Wars, but also somewhat like Bajor in ST.

I know CW doesn't really go into Ahsoka's cultural self as far as her being togruta, but I can't imagine her being anything else. I know I've seen great fan art of her being human--usually she is black with tight braids and either facial tattoo or the skin condition that has white paterns--but my brain just short circuits when I try to put the head voice in another body.

Sabine is very much culturally tied to Mandalore so the only way I can see her being another race is if we go with the old Legends canon of any race can be Mandalorian, they just need to adopt The Way. I'd be inclined to have her be cathar.

I think for Jessica I'll go with a terrelian jango jumper just cause they move like all their limbs are double-jointed.

Amascut might be a Dothomir Witch; not necessarily a Nightsister, though.

I have previously described Fairy Fixit to be about the size of a Toydarian and with the same habit of hovering in mid-air, but don't know if she would actually be a Toydarian. Maybe.
