Monday DE: NO CAPES

Aaaaaaaaand it's Monday. Again. This doesn't seem fair, really.

Your Monday DE, should you choose to accept it:

Your pup is now a superhero. What are their powers (if they don't have them in canon), what does their supersuit look like, do they have a secret identity (why? Why not?) and - crucially - what's their superhero name?

If your pup is
already a superhero, what powers would they choose to have, if they could start over? Why? Would they rather not be a superhero at all? Oh - and do they even LIKE calling themselves a superhero?

Tess is already a superhero. Actually, she's two and a half. The half part is her role as Watchtower for the Justice League, running missions, hacking and information gathering. Then she is also a right member of the JL as Red Tornado. She has aerokinesis which is your basic air manipulation. Her suit, when she wears it which isn't that often, is all red with a yellow arrow on the front.

Kylo doesn't have time to be a Superhero. He's Supreme Leader and he's got shit to do.

Creed does not want to be a superhero because he doesn't like people. He's technically labelled a super villain, which he doesn't like, either. He has an incredible healing factor, along with enhanced senses and claws on his hands. To him, he's just an angry guy who happens to be different.

Jon is not a superhero. He does, however, end up with powers. Jury is still entirely out on whether he wants them (see: vacillating wildly between 'I'M A MONSTER' and '... catch these hands yo').

I mean, if he had a choice, flying would have been cool, probably.

Klaus is a superhero, and for the record, it sucks MAJORLY. He would prefer, in all honesty, to not be a superhero at all, this sucks, please make it stop NOW. His powers are absolutely useless for actual world-saving, so he's like... a particularly chatty kid ending up fighting bank robbers, that works. He supposes if he had to be one, he wants powers like Luther or Diego - super strength, or unworldly aim. Five's teleportation always looked cool too, but... well. Probably killed him, so. There's that.

Cecil is not a superhero, he's a radio show host, which is better. Hush now, you know he's right.

Molly likes her powers (especially the off-switch; she does know how lucky she is there), but she's still very mad she can't fly as well, because one of her major problems when working is her lack of reach. She'd have it made if she could fly.

She's also more than a little uncomfortable with calling herself a superhero. It's a very weird thing to call yourself, somehow. Super is fine, because that's just about her powers, but she's much more likely to call herself a 'superwhatever' or a 'cape'. (Even though she hasn't worn a cape since the very, very first time she tried to be a hero.)

(Younger Molly loves getting to call herself a superhero. She's got the powers, she's a good guy, why wouldn't she?

Older Moll's... a little more sanguine about all that.)

Lois Lane says that she would actually get a superpower of knowing when people are lying and not just being basically sure she has a superpower of knowing people are lying, her superhero name is Lois Lane and her suit is her damn business suit because she already is a superhero thank you very much, she just uses a different weapon.

Derius and Tavi want to gracefully bow out of this, because they certainly have superpowers and while Derius is like "I'm really not a hero, I'm just a crown prince and I do what I have to" and this is accurate, Tavi is complicated and I'm done.

R2-D2 says the only superpower he wants is arms to grab objects and beat people over the head with them. Mostly the extended JediSassFam (all adoptees and clone and droid adjuncts included). Because these units are apparently all his fucking problem.

Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader is not allowed in this DE. Especially today.

Sariel does not have superpowers, but if she had, she'd be an aerokinetic (mid-level and yes, among other uses, she's be able to fly with it), not of the world-shaking variety but certainly able to make a difference, with a secondary touch of empathy. I'm still trying to figure out the costume she'd have, beyond the uniform she already has--ahem. At one point, I gave her the super ID of Ange in a ficlet, but maaaaaybe... She insists she's not an angel in the classical sense of the word, is the thing.
