Actually most of mine are probably fine as preventative. in that their vaccinations are up to date etc. It's admitting that they need to go after the fact that's a headache.
Ahsoka seems like she's not so good at regular visits to the medic. I'm sure any vaccines the Jedi get she keeps current with, but wellness visits are a waste of time right?
I feel like Jess avoids the doc as well...at least until she has a little life to take care of.
Sabine is likely not in a place where she can get a wellness visit so likely only seeks medical help when there is a problem.
I'm not sure about Alustin. He seems like he'd take care of himself as his role is important to his adopted city, but health care isn't really part of the narrative beyond magical healing. I'm going to say he does wellness visits when he is in town, but if he's on a mission or journey he'll only go to a healer if there is a problem.
Tybalt must be strong and healthy for both his people and to maintain his position. While I think he would have a healer in secret I don't know if he'd take the risk of a leak that he sees a doctor. Cats might see that as a weakness.
Viv often runs diagnostics on herself and it is likely her father, the Vision, runs more thorough checks every month or so.
Ben and Dog don't need to worry about having a healthy body.
I think most of mine are okay at preventive care since that's what allows them to keep doing their work. I figure Cassian has to have a yearly check in that he's pretty good about, but he doesn't search out medics.
Some of mine like Quentin and Demeter don't really need that much preventive care.
Charles I think has always been up to date but I do think he'll use his telepathy to cheat a little and not have to spend too long. Especially since his injury when I think doctor's visits feel more complicated.
Preventive care isn't really a thing on the Disc or in Narnia.
Wormwood's unfamiliar with the concept, and per Millicanon Alternian doctors mainly work on and around battlefields, so Aradia and Cirava are too.
Wilson doesn't mind it in theory but procrastinates a lot on actually doing it, back on Earth; in the Constant there's not really any doctors to go to. If someone gets injured, Wickerbottom or Wilson himself might have useful knowledge, but preventative care isn't really in either one's wheelhouse.
Bastion doesn't like having other people poke at their innards. If they develop a mechanical problem they do as much as they can to fix it themself (and they have an extensive self-repair function, so they usually can fix it themself), and while they don't mind using external sources of biotic nanobots such as the ones found in most first-aid kits in Overwatch's time, having an actual repair technician work on them is something they find thoroughly disagreeable.
Phoenix is a bit antsy around doctor's offices and needles, so only goes when he needs to, generally. He probably can't afford it during his disbarment, and only uses medical expenses on Trucy. He gets much better about it after getting his badge back. (He's not getting any younger, after all.)

Snufkin has never been to a doctor in his life.
