Right, actual answers now. (I'm not actually sure what Aradia's attitude towards her planet's astrology is, so it's a good thing I had a smartass answer ready for her!)
Wormwood doesn't know that's a thing; if it exists in Swinesbury, which it might, it's not prominent enough to filter through to him.
Thurlow doesn't believe in Surface astrology, but the locals don't use that in Fallen London in the first place since you can't see the sky. It's not impossible to calculate where the stars and planets are or anything, it's just fallen out of fashion and been replaced with a system based on the migrations of flocks of bats which Thurlow finds absolutely indecipherable. This doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work as a form of divination, because Neath life is so goddamn weird that this might as well happen. But they don't understand it at all. Their Chiropteromantic Zodiac sign is, apparently, the Rose.
Wilson thinks it's a dumb superstition.
Cirava believes in Alternian astrology to a casual extent. They wouldn't spend more than a few caegars on astrology stuff, but they like to keep up with it.
Bastion doesn't think there's any connection between events that happen on Earth and the arrangement of celestial bodies from a planetside viewpoint. There might be a weak correlation between the time of year people are born and their personalities, they suppose.
Lan Zhan: Absolutely, yes, it's part of their magic system.
Zenigata: ...sort of. He knows his year element/sign, and that's about it. He just doesn't pay any attention to it, except to laugh whent hey're like "oh you're an OX that makes so much SENSE!" ha ha ha. Sevens difference in age also means Lupin is a Year of the Monkey boy!
Jessica says sure, why not? She works with a god, her lawyer is seven feet tall, green, and can bench press a tank, and her entire life was stolen by a shape-shifting alien once. So why not?
