Wednesday DE: Amongst Us

So, your character is stuck on a space station with a list of tasks they need to complete and the knowledge that one person on the crew is actually an alien imposter out to kill them all.

What do they do? Do they diligently set about their tasks and not worry about the imposter? Are they following people around, trying to figure out who is and isn't suspicious? Are they the one throwing accusations out, or the one trying to stop their crewmates from being thrown out into space?

Bastion is difficult to kill and even harder to impersonate; I think the impostor would treat them as equipment to be sabotaged instead of trying to do either. That wouldn't prevent them from being assigned tasks or participating in the murder investigation, though. They'd want fairly substantial evidence before throwing anyone out the airlock, since hasty executions could potentially kill the crew off faster and more effectively than the murder alien. But they'd have difficulty concentrating on their tasks with a murderer on the loose, so they'd try to knock those out as quickly as possible so they could get on with patrolling for suspiciousness.

Being stuck in space suuuuuuucks but I doubt the prospect of being even more stuck would weigh much against the thrill of hunting down an alien for Amascut. Eliminating fellow crewmates is just a bonus. She would make an incredibly sus innocent crewmate.

Fairy Fixit is too task oriented to deal with figuring out who the imposter is. But interrupting her work by reporting dead bodies and emergency meetings often enough might get her to argue for a vote to throw a self-appointed sleuth off the space station.
