Well, Hera did name her ship the Ghost. That being said, while she's not a big reader or watcher of fiction generally, I think she does enjoy the occasional dramatic/spooky story around a campfire or over drinks in a cantina.
Also I know not 'actual events' but it seems like a good time to mention that in the comics Hera tricked a Force-technology-ghost-phantom-thing into getting trapped in a holocron.
And as for Kanan, Jedi ghosts/Force echoes/etc. are just actual real things in their world (and yes I know the canon explanation of Force ghosts and I choose to ignore it), so I'd like to believe there's a rampant trade in ghost stories and legends among Jedi younglings who all have some level extrasensory abilities in a place used by generations of people with extrasensory abilities. Really what you could easily have if you wanted is a bunch of ghost-sensing children in a haunted house.
Neither Zuko nor Lan Zhan had experience with horror media, honestly - Lan Zhan is technically trapped in a horror-fantasy with a necromancer boyfriend, after all, and Zuko's from a kid's show who was more interest in talking about real life horrors of war and colonization.
Zenigata doesn't have time for horror/thriller media, and canonically is more into samurai drama and period films than anything else, so it's probably just not his jam. He's a cop, he's seen weirder/scarier on the job.
Yamato's fear of ghosts is so bad that someone just telling him a ghost story is enough to put him on edge, so it's safe to say that an actual horror movie involving ghosts would be completely intolerable for him.
In contrast, since he doesn't seem to have much of a fear response for anything else, slasher movies, vampire flicks, etc, probably just bore him.
