How about...How do seasonal changes affect your character’s emotional and mental state?

It's not really new discovery, but I have started working on a Hera-centric vid to Doomtree's "Little Mercy."

Zuko: Fuck Autumn and Winter, man. Night are longer, days are shorter. STG every firebender suffers from some degree of seasonal depression.

Zenigata: he travels all over, so it could be winter in austrailia for one heist and then he'll be on the other side of the world and go to the summer. He can't really bank on anything that way, so... seasons? what are those? They happen to people who travel less than he does.

Lan Zhan: I think he's pretty much Lan Zhan all the time, and there's no major seasonal swings/moods.

Sunshine is right with Zuko in the "fuck winter" camp. Lack of sunlight goes right on past seasonal affective disorder, and on particularly dim days has difficult focusing or feeling truly awake.

Okay, only the first is partly Obi-Wan, I guess, but he appears in both!



I REALLY want to do a Gamora+Nebula vid to a mashup of P!nk and Sia's versions of Courage, but I don't know if I have the audio skills to do the mashup.

Seasonal moods: Ahsoka and Sabine live outside of seasons but Ahsoka will feel like she's home in a large city (esp. city planets) and Sabine will feel shame and nostalgia during any Winter or on snow planets.

Tybalt much prefers the SF Bay Area weather to London or Boston, though he always had a choice as to how much he dealt with the mortal weather.

Jess is a West Coast girl at heart, so is not too keen on all this snow NYC gets, but she loves a good beach day.

Music, though not new:
I'd love to do a vid to Paramore's Last Hope, especially focused on early Rebellion stuff.

For a Jess/Carol centric I'd love to use 21 Pilot's My Blood.

Sabine: I still love Bastille - Weapon (vs. Angel Haze vs. F*U*G*Z vs. Braque).

Oh and the inspiration for the music bonus question, aside from Deb's vids above, Selena from Gotham really needs a vid using Neon Jungle's Trouble.

This isn't related to anything, but I've been playing Squadrons and a little description thing confirms that Sabine's starbird is the basis for the eventual Rebellion symbol, which is something I was hoping would be confirmed for ages...

YES! I remember there was one comment by Pablo (I think it was) to that effect but it was never canon confirmed. Been my headcanon ever since regardless. :)

Wormwood has earnestly considered spending all of humid season hiding indoors as soon as they had their own indoor space to do it in. The damp fog makes the slightest amount of encumbrance feel like a miserable burden and it comes with thunderstorms that start fires all over the place. They're one of the only playable characters not to have horrible hayfever in lush season (the only other one who can say that is Woodie's were-form), but instead they become ravenously hungry from the process of blooming.

It's harder for Wilson to stay resilient against the shadows in winter and spring, since neither has a lot of full daylight, and with spring comes rainstorms that make everything soggy and cold and that's godawful if you're not prepared for it.
