How does your character approach telling other people in their world about Milliways? Or not telling them, as the case may be.

Bastion has pessimistically assumed that if they told anyone about Milliways they would assume they were malfunctioning, so they keep the entire thing secret.

Murderbot only tells one person it knows about Milliways: a starship named Perihelion, who it calls ART. It basically shares selections of its recorded memories from its experiences in Milliways with ART.

Lois will eventually tell Clark.

Derius knows his family knows and that's enough.

R2 keeps bigger secrets.

Anakin kinda doesn't want the Order knowing about his haven.
Vader does NOT WANT PALPATINE KNOWING ABOUT DEFINITELY NOT HIS HAVEN.

And Tavi was wary for a long time of being thought insane for it, and now just cheerfully doesn't bother telling anyone anything if he doesn't want to anyway. ... Fair, he did that before, but the point remains.

When I start playing again, I will pick up a character whose entire reaction to Milliways will be "Oh wow, this is such a relief! It's so much less deadly than my usual dimensional adventures! I need to tell my head of research all about it and we'll figure out what experiments we need to run."
