How old does your character picture themselves? I’m thinking more internally how old do they feel rather than the factual age they know they are.

Tess feels old. Like she's 80 or something. I's because so much has happened in her life that she can't really process it all having happened over the course of time that it did.

Kylo feels slightly older than he is, for being Supreme Leader. But he also realizes he has youth on his side.

Creed feels about fifty, which isn't bad considering he's going on 200. Gotta love that healing factor.

I think Ahsoka feels younger than her peers by a few years, and this is always the case even as an adult. If she even thinks about it.

Sabine tends to see herself as being older than she is. Not Old old, like Hera and Kanan, but definitely older than Ezra.

Jess doesn't think about it until she's around people who either make her feel old (e.g. Cindy Moon and Gwen Stacy), make her feel 'adult' (e.g. Bobbi Morse, Carol, Jennifer Walters), or make her feel very young (mostly this is just Steve Rogers).

Viv is sixteen. There is no other option for her at present.

Alustin feels like he's in his early tweens, just after he passed his journeyman exams; so roughly early 20s.

I forgot to answer for Ben. He feels as old as Klaus feels he is. Deep down he might feel 16 or so, but that's stretching it.

Hera often forgets that she's relatively young, or that others will likely perceive her as young.

Kanan, on the other hand, finds it hard to escape the feeling that he's still that teen boy who's always on the run.

Well, he definitely feels older than he appears. It's annoying because he feels fifty-eight, but everyone treats him like a kid. Half the time he forgets he's in a kid's body until someone else brings it up.
