Ahsoka is relatively good at it, assuming she sees the need. She is not so good when being told to change. Internally she will struggle with remembering the change.
Sabine is good with adopting new habits as long as they do not conflict with current habits. Old habits do have a way of making themselves known even when she'd thought the urge was long gone.
Jess is great at it, as long as it's not a habit or behavior she has adapted to cope with the crazy that is her life.
Alustin is okay at it, though he often needs to leave notes to remind himself as well as journaling to keep it at the forefront of his awareness.
Ben...I'm not so sure. I have some half-formed headcanon from season 02 that it depends on Klaus.
Jon is a creature of habit. Forming new ones is rough for him, requiring very frequent reminders and reinforcements.
Klaus has to really want to change (and usually have a significant bribe) to change anything about how he goes about his day-to-day life.
Wei Wuxian is immensely flexible and can adapt very quickly, but little things tend to sneak under his radar (his little nose flick, the way he fiddles with his flute when he's nervous or bored, the way he flings himself at trouble like a human lightening rod)
