It's Thursday here on the East Coast. I'm frankly glad to see the back of Wednesday.

How is everyone? Swap some kind words for each other, things you find comfort in, whatever. Little day of healing here.

And hey, if you do also want to talk about that stuff with your characters, feel free! But I know a lot of us had a really, really bad day and I just feel like a virtual pillow fort needs to happen up in here.

Last night was tough and shocking, though not surprising. I am mostly worried about what is going to happen in four years.

That being said, I hope everyone is taking care of themselves and are safe.

How do those security personal have jobs? They didn't do anything to secure the government building until after everything settled down! OK, the ones in the House of Representatives did their jobs somewhat, but the ones in the Senate didn't do anything.

We did more to secure our Senate with just a few Jedi.
