Thurlow: Desire. For knowledge, for fun and entertainment, for valuables, all sorts of things. But also Delirium, who's a frequent acquaintance of too-dedicated scholars of the occult in the Neath. (I drew fanart of those two meeting once, come to think of it.) And they've met Death rather more often than the two times total that most people get.
Aradia: Mostly Death but some of her ghost/soulbot moments were very Destruction-y.
Cirava: Dream. A bit of Despair's influence too.
Wilson: Delirium has a lot of sway in the Constant, although he didn't really have much connection to madness beforehand and it's honestly difficult to place him with any of the others either.
Wormwood: The Aporkalypse prophecy that forms the plot of their expansion pack is Destiny-flavoured, but they're also motivated pretty strongly by their yearning for friendship, which seems like a Desire/Despair tag-team job.
Death Ahsoka - She is caught up in war and fighting her whole life. Kriff, she's even died. But through it all she fights for Life and even could be considered an avatar or tied to an avatar of the Light Side. Ben - Even when he was alive he hated violence and killing. Tybalt - Death is a big part of the life of the cait sidhe and even more so their kings. He's had to kill both to save others and protect his Court and he will do so again. Wen Qing - Destiny also has a strong influence in Wen Qing's life but she's a doctor, Death and Life are central to her profession.
Destruction Sabine - She's an insurrectionist specializing in explosives, a Mandalorian, and an artist. Need I say more?
Desire Jessica - Her pheromone powers are pretty much Desire in a nutshell, but she also wants so much in her life. Dream was tempting, but I think Jess is more tied to her desires than dreams. Alustin - Again, his desire for company and an open road suggest Desire to me. He's like Giles and James Bond's love child.
Dream Viv - Viv had me stumped but then I realized the pursuit of the dream of a better world is pretty much the entire theme of the Champions book and Viv is a big follower of that theme.
Zuko: Potentially Destruction, possibly fate due to the Avatar bloodline connection and the ties to the whole mess with Avatar. There's solid evidence for both.
Lan Zhan: Desire has fucked with him since Wei Wuxian walked right into his life, and has kept fucking with him since. There's no way he belongs to anyone else.
Zenigata: Here's the sticker. Are we full Red String of Fate for Destiny? Or is the lust for the capture Desire? Does the Chaos that surrounds Lupin draw him into Destruction's purview?
Death Sara Lance (though does she ever wish it was Destiny) Octavia Blake
Destiny Lady Marian
Destruction Jo Harvelle Allison Hargreeves>
Star is inapplicable. She's always existed. The Endless keep dropping into the path as Walkers, Dream, and Delerium especially as she changed from Delight, she's definitely gotten to walk with.
Cassian: I think Death is the biggest one with Dream and Despair close by. Quentin: Destiny, so much Destiny that he doesn't want to talk about it. Charles: Dream and Desire Sameth: Death due to his family but also I think Dream as he's good at seeing more than what's around. Moist: Dream and Desire Demeter: Hm, this is tricky as she's a god herself but I think Desire. Will S.: Dream and Destruction maybe even some Destiny William: Death Ivan: Destiny though he'd much rather be ignored by Destiny Tumnus: Destiny and Dream
Though I'd love anyone else's thoughts, these are tricky. Also so many good DEs, I'm coming to them late as work has been a lot but it seems to be slowing down. Wear your masks, don't go to parties, give me the Contact Tracer less work.
Emcee: Desire, naturally, and not just with physical desire, but also with their androgynous, liminal appearance that can shift any which way they want.
Cassidy: Delirium on the surface, Despair underneath.
Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader: I LOVE YOU CRACKCHAT FOR HELPING ME WORK THIS ONE OUT HOLY SHIT. OKAY so yeah. Anakin is *supposed* to be (and to some degree remains) Destiny's, but Desire got themselves all bothered and mischievous and decided to interfere. The result: ... Well, you all know what that looked like. (Ghostkin chats with Death on the reg, I think.)
R2-D2: Destruction, I think. Just the things he's caught up in, and plays key roles in. And maybe a little bit Dream, he holds the stories of so many things and also information.
Lois: Dream. She's about telling stories, and is, of course, one of the most iconic stories of our time both in-world for her and meta in ours.
Desiderius: Hilariously, despite his name literally meaning "desired," he's like the absolute opposite of their whole thing in so many ways. Just not a thing with him. He's straight-up Destiny.
Tavi: Continues to be complicated and giving me headaches. Every time. I think, honestly, Tavi runs a very even split between Destiny and Destruction. Destiny is obvious because hahahahahaha farmboy-to-king stories, but also, he literally wakes up the thing that destroys two civilizations, one of them his own, and he reforges a new direction, society, and empire out of it that's entirely different, including at a fundamental-law-of-magic level. And in that sense, honestly, Dream is *also* a fair factor: he's... well, he's an archetypal story, probs most related to King Arthur. But that's v much the result of the Destiny-Destruction rather than, like, influence. (And also I guess probably the whole Gaius genetic line has a drop of Destiny even if they tend towards another Endless, seeing as they all have some level of precognition...)
In my frequently-sandboxed or current test characters: Gaius Septimus: Death, and a bit Destiny Gaius (nee Cereus) Laetitia: Death (EDIT: She would also fit *Delight*, well, rather delightfully, and probably better than Death... but *not* Delirium.) Jesse Faden: Destruction (and possibly some Destiny depending how you look at it)
... and not one I will ever play but as I think about it because of Jesse: Alan Wake is a hilarious Dream-primary Destiny-secondary what with his, like, alter-reality-with-writing powers.
While it's tempting to say that Yamato's Death -- since his Crest is the death-god of the group -- the Chosen are all Destiny and Destruction. Destiny because prophecy, and Destruction because their arrival almost always heralds the obliteration of existing power structures, as Etemon and Vamdemon can attest to.
Haha, reading Death's description made me giggle at the username I currently have for Amascut after I switched from the original one I picked -- death_gone_mad. I picked it from a Dr. Who quote but yeah... Amascut's sigil is an upsidedown ankh and she also has a vaguely Egyptian aesthetic. Canonically Amascut started out as a goddess of death and rebirth and she still technically is a death goddess. So yes, most influenced by Death of the Endless. But she is also kind of a Destruction fangirl and has an uneasy relationship and past with Delerium.
Oh damn my brain, now I'm wondering if Amascut was written as the answer to "what if Death and Destruction had a kid?" I wouldn't put it past the original creators of her canon.
For Fairy Fixit I would have to say Destruction because of her creative pursuits.

Obi-Wan Kenobi
Dick Grayson (look he has the exact same story in so many unverses it's inevitable)
Simba (stupid kinging)
Death
Fives
Gamora (Hi, Step-Mom from another universe!)
Destruction (Creation)

The more accurate answer, I feel, is Death.

Her kind yet inexorable nature mirrors Death equally well.

Very not sure about this one, but Coulson, maybe?
Death:
Max DeBryn
...In the aspect of Life (but also her role as hunter), Snow Leopard Woman
Dream:
This is one of the ones I'm least confident about, but McGonagall? Maybe? I feel like a lot of magic is based on what you can imagine.
Destruction:
Molly
Victoria
Poe (with BB-8 as the creative side, I think)
War (says, 'hey, brother')
I'm going to say Nebula is at the nexus of Destruction, Desire and Despair, the lucky girl.
