In researching this I found out that wine flavored ice cream exists and that there is a Yemeni ginger coffee called Qishr, so maybe Qishr would fit in with the generic middle eastern vibe canon gives to the Kharidian culture.
Fairy Fixit... hmm ... a really green tea with a really subtle hint of fungus. A real earthy tea.
