Molly is informed (mainly by Chase, who doesn't really mind) that it's her habit of nicking food. Also, she snores.
When there's no-one around, and she's really tired, and she's certain nobody will notice... McGonagall............. slouches.
(As a younger woman, she had a habit of storing her wand in her hairbun. Until she set her fringe on fire, anyway...)
Max tends to rub his nose when he's really puzzled. This wouldn't count as a bad habit if it weren't for the fact it's more common than he'd like for him to forget to take his gloves off first...
Nebula, when she doesn't have any other plan, kills people. (Also when she's bored. Or tired. Or her trigger finger's itchy.)
Sharon's worst habit is definitely leaping before looking – literally, in the case of canon, when she'll just jump out of a plane without a parachute because she knows enough superheroes that she assumes someone will catch her. In RP, she has a tendency to downplay her injuries, also partially because she hangs around super soldiers and other augmented heroes and feels like she has to try and keep up.
Zinda's worst habits are all classic vices: she drinks too much and gets into brawls.
Geralt's worst habit is saying he won't get involved and then getting involved.
Wei Wuxian tends try and solve things on his own, because of some long-standing beliefs about how much help he deserves. It's a problem.
Klaus is inherently distrustful of other people's intentions. He's just convinced that eventually, most people will hang him out to dry.
Cecil tends to judge people quickly - while he will reconsider his opinions eventually, he's very vocal about his dislikes. Yes we're talking about you, Steve... CARLSBURG. Can't even take care of a tan Corolla.
Jon Simms tends to take refuge in sarcasm and skepticism when he's out of his depth. Unfortunately with this new job of his, he's out of his depth a lot.

Noriko: being the world's biggest smartass.
Sinthia: uhhhhhhhh. assuming every interaction is either a threat or a judgement? (in her defense it usually is, but still)

Quentin: He can be kind of a snob, getting better about it and he tends to do a lot of protecting his people and is wary of new ones.
Charles: This is going to sound weird, but almost too compassionate, he gives lots of chances and also he gets far too certain of his worldview.
Sameth: Losing track of time as he works and not having enough confidence in his abilities.
Moist: Always being on the move.
Blanking on the others, might come back to them.
